Went into your pie today for pi day to get both my boss and myself a $5 pizza. I would have been okay with them telling me that I was not allowed to get more than one pizza for $5 because I am one person.....but it took 15 minutes for anyone to talk to me in the first place. I stood looking like a fool waiting for someone to start my order. Then when I explained to the manager, Shree, he told me that it is Pi day and they are busy. Even though the woman that walked in at the same time as me already had her pizza. I wasted my entire lunch waiting to be helped.... The manager did not rectify the situation like he should have by allowing me to just go ahead and get both pizzas for FIVE DOLLARS. It's not that big of a deal to a company. And now there is a Google review about you. I will never come back, and neither will anyone in my office as they now know what happened. You should learn better customer service. Since I wasn't helped for 15 minutes by your three employees while there were two pizzas in the oven, you should've just let me get the two pizzas. Now you had to waste the already started food. Sucks doesn't it? Guess you lost money. :/

Waited 2 min for someone to acknowledge us. Got dirty looks for going in at 8pm by the girl making our pizza wearing sweatpants. There was one hard working boy actually trying to pick up her slack. Waited 5 minutes standing at cash register for someone to check us out as the girl proceeded to make the other only TWO people actually eating in the restaurant behind us order. The cooler by checkout was totally empty. A Shree finally got up from hanging out with another staff member at the bar to come check us out and couldn’t hear a word he was saying. Then right after walked away and didn’t even give us our receipt. My husbands food was burnt mine was cold and raw chewy dough. When I got our drinks looked like mildew growing on the drink machine and all the pizza toppings were either empty, sprawled on the counter top, or looked disgusting. Had to wipe off the crusted Parmesan on the shaker before I could even have some to use at my table. Went to sit at a booth and sat my cup down and it stuck to the table it was so dirty. After examination all the tables looked corroded from filth and found the cleanest one in sight. After no explanation on how the system of the restaurant works finally got my cold food from the young lady giving nasty looks and she didn’t say a word. Then proceeded to go squeal with her friends and another young kid sitting at the bar. By the end of our meal went to get gelato with our combo meal and the girl from the bar, not in any uniform, went behind the counter after my husband stood there 5 minutes and scooped his icecream after playing on her phone and messing around with her friends in another booth without washing her hands. Then one of the girls in the said booth who was in uniform proceeded to get her friends icecream and we just left disgusted by the lack of organziation, customer service, and dirtiness. Don’t go, stay away. Don’t even know how they’re making profit, open, and operating. Seems like 1 couple is to much for them to handle which is sad because such a great opportunity to re-innovate the pizza business.

Manager is trying to pass off pickled jalapenos as fresh. Didn't know this until the pizza was delivered to my table, as I was told the stuff was in the back and the girl would add it after she rung me up. Staff was apologetic and remade our pizzas. They came out a bit soggy but tasted ok. Huge space, and only two young women working with no supervisor or manager in sight. Some of the tables were not clean. Try another location, this one is not great.

i normally love it here. the food is AMAZING. today we came in an hour before closing. there were three young males in there, nobody came to help until we asked. then they dissapeared to run around in the back and throw things at each other ,laughing loudly and cussing and didn’t wash their hands after being in the bathroom, which we know because someone in my party was in the bathroom while we waited for food. they ignored another family that walked in for a LONG time. i’m heavily dissapointed. a kid came in and they started eating chic fil a up there too. all while loudly talking to each other and leaving other customers to wait there

Kids running around doing nothing. Literally watched one go to the restroom and not wash his hands. Don't understand how this can be open the way it's ran. Friends came in with food from other places. Handed it to him over the pizza making station. Never will I ever come back again!
Here is like a Subway of the Pizza, but crusts are so thin, and toppings are not delicious even though there are lots of options.

Labor Day ordered 2 speciality pizza’s delivery and tip when delivery was late started calling store no answer then the driver called me and said store was closed during normal business hours I went by the store and the note on the front door store closed early it’s Labor Day the manager should be fired for being closed during normal business hours.

Unsanitary and messy food prep counter. Kids running the place, with no manager in sight supervising or doing walk throughs during the 30 minutes I was there. Customers were waiting while staff in the back playing on their phones. Pizza was decent, however, the pizza dough was slightly uncooked. Could have gone ~60-90 seconds longer (or increase temp) to better finish the crust. Unless owner/manager steps it up, probably won't be in business in the next 12 months.

We love this place, pizza is good, staff is friendly. And it's really quick.Edit: I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems that they're having staffing or training problems. The last couple of visits have taken significantly longer (even without a crowd) and some of the poor people behind the counter seem lost and unable to figure out what goes on the pre-designed pizzas. And I'm not ordering the hot honey pepperoni any more because no one can remember to put the honey on at the end.
