This Zaxby's is one of the best in which I have ever eaten. The food quality is amazing. The food is freshly cooked. Even the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine makes this place one of the best possible places to eat. The customer service here is amazing. They smile, welcome you, and do what they can to ensure your happiness when dining here. The environment overall is terrific. The restaurant is very well kept and clean.Riccardo is one of the best managers I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He is extremely nice, hard-working, and does a really good job running the restaurant. He treats his employees and his customers with the utmost of kindness and attentiveness.Vegetarian options: You can request a salad with no chicken.Dietary restrictions: They have low carb options like the grilled chicken zalad.Parking: There are over 3 dozen spots to park... plenty of room.Kid-friendliness: They have kids' meals with meat little toys in them. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Zaxby's, and it was an absolute treat! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. As I perused the menu, I was impressed by the variety of options available. I decided to go with their classic chicken fingers meal, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the seasoning was just right. The fries were deliciously seasoned, and the dipping sauces added an extra burst of flavor. The portion sizes were generous, leaving me feeling completely satisfied.

This is the only Zaxby’s I’ve ever seen with no cars wrapped around the building during dinner rush. Seems like they barely get any business because everytime I go, there’s only 2 other cars in the drive thru which leaves me to believe that’s why their food is NEVER hot and fresh. Chicken tenders taste like they’ve sat under the warmer for hours. Fries taste bland. And when you ask for extra crispy fries, they basically burn them.
Went through the drive through and ordered my food, pulled to the window and paid $65 for my food. Was told to pull into a parking spot and waited about 10 minutes for my food to come out just to get home and several of the meals I had ordered were missing or wrong. Seemed like there was no organization to the bagging of the
