The line here is absolutely ridiculous! It shouldn’t take each person 20 mins to get food. What should be happening is someone orders then drives up after they order and someone walks it out to the curb up front. They are very un organized… and looks to be having young teenagers running the place. Also, when asked about gloves the girl taking the money was asked does she get the food since she was handling change and would she wear gloves while getting the food. She said the other girl handles the food. Don’t come to the window assuming “we already talked about this” being very rude about it. I guess she thought we were some other customer?. Don’t know who you were referring to but assuming we were someone else and jumping all over us was ridiculous and immature!

I have been eating this delicious home style food for the last 30 years, ever since they were in Winder. I will continue to eat there as long as Amy starts the oven up. It's like eating are your Moms kitchen.

The biscuits are cool, but these ppl are so unorganized, like seriously what time do they open .. you pull up at 5:30 or 6 and allThe doors are locked

Food is awesome but the wait in the morning is awful, was in line 45 minutes, they need more help

Food is great and when you finally get service they are awesome. The problem is they say they open at 5:30 but your doing good if you get service by 6:15. There is only 2 working, but at one point there was only on and getting service quicker.

This little spot has THE BEST biscuits, and the ladies working there are awesome. Today I got the tenderloin with gravy and a SEC(steak, not sausage). Everything is homemade. Everything is delicious. Don't listen to the folks complaining about the wait. They left without food, and they're unhappy with their life choices. There is a line for a reason, and it is worth every second you're in it.

A buddy of mine used to bring me a pork tenderloin or fried chicken biscuit every Friday. Absolutley amazing. Even after being in a bag and traveling it still always tasted great. Highly recommended if you like southern food.

Was in the area and was looking for some breakfast! We turned to Yelp and found Amy Lafaye's. This location is drive through only. Glad we got in line when we did because there were 10 cars after us and it does take a while to get through. They offer the typical biscuit breakfasts - egg, cheese, bacon, sausage, chicken, grits, etc. I had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Was decent, eggs were fluffy and gooey cheese! :). The bacon was very well done (if you prefer that, then you will love it, i personally thought it was overcooked. My husband ordered chicken and grits. Chicken was overcooked a bit and he really did not enjoy the grits (he said they were watery). I left happier than my husband did, so it gets 3 stars.

Lawwwd have mercy this is good , wish it was open longer though. If you haven't been here it's the best breakfast I ever had and I hate breakfast

The hours listed online are not accurate. Not sure why they can't change them to show accurate information. It's the only place in area that has homestyle breakfast. So it's disappointing that they don't put effort in to giving customers true hours.

Update: after almost an hour in the drive through line we were informed they were out of almost everything. Fool me once... Open the dinning room please!!!! The drive through takes awaaaaaaaaaay too long!!!! I won't be sitting in that again. Thanks

Absolutely NO masks being worn while serving and preparing food by any of the staff. Used to love this place, but the total neglect of safety during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC is beyond me.
