I had a pickup order and I waited there over 20 minutes to get my order. The atmosphere was loud and all the employees were confused. When I told them I had been waiting for a while, the lady told me “you don’t see we’re busy?” They told me they already made it twice when I told them I didn’t receive it. When I opened up the food, it was all made incorrectly. It also tasted old and was very sloppy when put together. I need a refund immediately

We made an order with exception that we had a lot of rain in that we had a power outage and somehow the order was taken by online support but at the restaurant it wasn't ready when I got there there was no one there soon after that the place got packed but they really need to make their online orders a little bit more

Great place, the employees were really nice. The food was great. The fries were fresh, crispy and hot. Our order for four people was completed in just a couple minutes. Always clean. Has crowns. Playground is great.

This drive thru employee and manager took over about more than 20 min. To giveaway the food.due to ahead of US. Was a person who's coupon was not working. / he could ask customer to pull forward and wait in another area. Big lane was waiting for service. Night shift Crew at This location ,is the worst of the worst.

Whomever was working the drive thru on 1012/23 at 9:21 PM sucks!!! His attitude is not pleasant at all....especially as a customer service representative taking orders. I was soooo disgusted that I didn't even complete my order. I took my business across the street to Wendy's. I received much better service! I will NOT be returning to this BK for a longggg time!!!!

This place is trash. The customer service is the worst. The employees are unprofessional,and always have attitudes the store hours are never the same from their online hours. They close whenever they feel like it. The last time I went it was 11:30 pm and they were already closed and didn’t want to come to the window to acknowledge me.
Dacula Burger King....you should be ashamed of serving the Big Fish sandwich I just received. Hard as a rock...obviously cooked earlier and reheated. Disgusting. Honestly, if I hadn't gotten it at the drive-thru and made it home to eat...I would have made a major complaint inside! Never again.

Loved their breakfast croissant. Please Do NOT lower the quality of your food by reducing the portion - raise the price. I would rather pay more. My husband loves their fish sandwiches.

To me, I got old, non edible onion rings at the Dacula Ga. Burger King. I drove 40 minutes round trip for 2 burgers and 2 onion rings medium size that had to be sitting there for hours. The 2 orders were each less than half full in their onion ring containers. In my opinion
