We have always looked forward to this place as a favorite neighborhood venue for great food. We were so disappointed. My husband ordered his favorite burger and steak fries but received little greasy small fries mixed with old fries in a metal basket. It is not as shown in our earlier photos from past visits. I ordered a Greek grilled salmon salad and got a nugget sized piece instead of a great $18 salad sized serving. When I asked about it, the server said the prices went up. The quality and appearance of what was one of our favorite places to eat out has seriously declined. Very disappointed ?

This place sucks. I tried giving it another opportunity since we live in the area and it was a complete disappointment all over again. I don't understand why you guys have cooks that can't even cook a Medium Burger. Soggy fries and what's up with the Raw Cauliflower batter, AGAIN, come on guys, cooks can't even fry Cauliflower! I think this place needs a new Management and definitely new cooks. And please stop disrespecting customers serving disrespectful food.0 STARS For City Lines

Tonight we decided to order takeout and were excited for the order of a burger, cheesesteak sandwich, ceasar salad, brussel sprouts and fried cauliflower. The cheesesteak was the best thing we got. Everything else was disappointing. The brussel sprouts were so oily I could not eat them. The cauliflower was heavily breaded and the breading was undercooked as was the tiny bit of cauliflower inside. The burger was under seasoned and fries soggy and way too salty. I love salt and these were a little too much for me. Unfortunately, we will not order here again.

Restored Vision
City Line is my local go-to restaurant of choice. I have held events there and stopped by with just my husband and me. I have never had a bad food or service experience at City Line and I love the rustic industrial esthetic and the outdoor patio. I recommend the burgers, salads and also anything brunch. The drinks are good and the service is excellent. Love this place…

I never leave reviews but I made this account specifically for Citylines. Waited for about 1hr and 40 min for food. Server disappeared for the majority of the night. Owner/manager was too busy setting up a girl scout cookie stand, even after we told her we never got our food there was no effort made to rectify the wrongs. We ended up paying $25 for a margarita and some ice tea. My family and I felt very unwelcome and are appalled that they would just allow us to leave like that. Not all of us want free food, it would have been nice to have been acknowledged or even apologized to. To make things worse this is the 3rd time this has happened. Very disappointed 2/10

My wife and I had brunch at City Lines this past Sunday. She loved the sausage gravy biscuits and I enjoyed ‘The Mess’ croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese. I also had a very nice Bloody Mary. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Super slow service. Our waiter was nice but slow service. Half the food came out and was cold. Ordered the tater tots loaded for $9 and was room temp. Ordered wings wet and came out pretty dry but at least were hot. Order the special which finally came out which was pretty good but a bit overpriced at $21. Order the red velvet cake which took way too long and came out halfway Frozen. When I mentioned the tater tots to the server he tried to do what he could but the kitchen clearly just microwaved the tots I already had instead of making a new batch.
Been wanting to try this place for a while we were highly disappointed in the slow service. Got the bacon peanut butter dip and the bacon was very fatty. Another table also sent their bacon appetizer back as well. I got the hot honey chicken biscuits and biscuits were hard. Cheese grits and sweet tea was good

I dined in with a girl friend on a Monday evening. I made reservations just in case, but really didn't need them because it wasn't busy. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant was easy to find. Our server was Bryce and he did a wonderful job. The food was delicious! Their side salad was good, but they placed it in a small bowl. Our server was nice to get me a bigger bowl to toss around the salad. Overall, the food and service met my expectations. I would come back to dine in again.
