Well taco Tuesday is deceptive. I ordered the "authentic" tacos and upon arrival the tacos had enough meet to make maybe 1 1/2 tacos (I ordered 4). I mentioned it to the waitress that I think they over looked the portion as it was brought out. She took the order back to the kitchen and came back out to deliver the bad news, that taco Tuesday (half off tacos) also means half off the size and quantity of tacos as well. We'll I asked to see it on the menu she said that it wasn't on there it's just a part of the deal. Well, phooey, so I left more hungry because it was a partial meal. Here is the worst part, her manager had her come out to me to deliver the bad news instead of just coming out to talk to me directly, ha, I guess, so I genuinely felt bad for her, no one likes these awkward situations, nor does her manager for that matter. Kiersten did a great job for her overall service and doing her bosses job. The deceiving part was the deal and the kitchen clearly moved meat from one taco to another (I should've taken a picture) as one taco had 5 small pieces of steak on it, barely enough to fit in the center of the palm of your hand. Anywhere management is trying to deceive, and then have subordinates do the hardest part (public relations and service) really needs an adjustment in overall management. Oh well, I'll find another place to go.

My husband & I have enjoyed eating here for many,many years but tonight was beyond disappointing & appalling! Management (said she was the owner) was rude when there was an issue with over dried wings. Literally came out and blamed the customer. When she was confronted about how rude that was we were told to NEVER come back.The waiter, Jose Louis was doing his best as he was the only waiter for the whole side of the resturant. He is not responsible for cooking the food or making drink but was continously pleasant and apologetic. We appreciate him but management could learn alot from him.

We've eaten at Del Rio several times, and the service is usually pretty good. That wasn't the case for this visit. Our server took our order and he never came back to our table*. We had to flag down other servers for extra napkins when our 3 you grandson spilled his drink, a separate time to ask for drink refills, and even had to flag down a manager to ask for our check. Not a terrible experience overall, but just not the level of service we've experienced here before.
