Jobs want to much from their employees and don’t want to pay ENOUGH, you all have a ? gem, treat him as such and your business will grow, treat him like he is replaceable and your rating will keep going down. We order for the convenience, but return because of employee like that young man.

AWFUL SERVICE!!! THE MANAGER IS RUDE!!! I waited 11 minutes for the 2 minutes guarantee. She was told and she said ' she'll just have to wait' !! No apology... no acknowledgement. VERY RUDE.!!!

They canceled our order at 12:50 while the store close at 1:00 am on saturday. I get it all crew wants to go home but rules are rules if i say so. I hope the owner gets the right word to their crew members because this is disrespectful to community in local business where they are getting away what ever they want! I will make sure the word goes out in local about this behaviour. cheers

They can’t do what’s called a pie cut (regular triangle cuts) it’s an option but they never do it! Took a pizza back to have it made correctly and they said it would be 45 minutes to make another! What? I drove back up to get a correct order and you’re not going to push it immediately thru? This place is Horrible!! I’ve done business here for 6 years. I’m done!

We ordered 4 items for delivery. When the driver arrived, he only had 3 of our items. When I asked about the missing item, the driver told me it's not his fault and there is nothing he can do about it. He said I have to call the store and ask for a refund for the missing item, since I prepaid with a credit card. When I called the store the person that answered the phone said she was the manager. She was very short with me and had a bad "I don't care" attitude. The only response I received was "I'll let them know you want a refund". I'm curious to see if we receive the refund.I will say the food we did receive was very good.This is very disappointing. This was once a great store with good service and excellent food. However, the last several months have been disappointing at best. I would not recommend this restaurant any more.

Should have read the reviews first. Ordered honey bbq wings. With barely any sauce on it. Too many pizza options to choose from around this area. Stay away from here. Go to Marcos next door or papa Johns down the

Don’t know what happened to this place as this location used to be great. My order was delivered cold and smashed. I have been going back and forth with Dominos customer service trying to get a refund for my money and all they offer is a lousy $10 credit, which is useless as I won’t be ordering again

Worst experience ever! Ordered breadsticks with Marinara sauce they delivered just the marina sauce but no breadsticks..I called to get a credit and the employee stated that the credit was on my account. When I ordered online today and called 2 mins later at 7:55pm to redeem the credit the employee told me that my order was already out for delivery and I couldn’t redeem my credit. I informed her I ordered literally 2 mins ago.. she placed me on hold for 10 mins then hung up.. when I called back, she informed me that they will deliver my credit of breadsticks with the current order. The order she initially stated was out for delivery didn’t come until an hour later (9:10pm..), cold pizza, and not even cut and also never received my order of redeemed breadsticks which she initially said was to be delivered … I called back for a refund and was informed that a manager would have to call me back to refund my order… I don’t understand why somebody couldn’t issue a refund immediately or how they could forget an item I paid for twice in a row. Worst domino experience ever don’t order from here!

Never ordering from this location. The person that supposedly deliver my food to the right address but I was waiting out for it and they delivered it to the wrong house. Can even call the store kept saying that there system is down and try again later. Now I definitely see. When there reviews are 3 stars and below don't even waste your time. The only thing I would say that they are very busy and working there butts off. I do appreciate that and some other places you just see employees just doing nothing and playing around. So to anyone looking for delivery just go to the store and pick it up. As for me I'm going to Cook more at home.
