I've always been a fan of firehouse but when I moved jobs their wasn't a location near me so when this one opened up I was super excited only to be let down by lack of proper staffing. This is hands down the worst location I've ever been too I've constantly had to wait 10-20 mins longer for my online order to be ready after the listed time and almost every time they either leave something off my order or mess up my order entirely. The food always has been and always will be amazing but the service is so terrible im considering never coming to this location againStaff is unhelpful, rude, and has a "I don't want to be here" attitude overall

I found a bead from someone's acrylic nails in my sandwich and managed to avoid swallowing it. No one should be allowed to wear those things working in food service.

This is the best firehouse subs EVER. My family and I go here almost every week and we love the staff and store! The food is always hot, delicious and with quick service. Honestly this the only firehouse worth going to. The staff always greet us and make our time there the best!!! The manager is extremely helpful and is one many reason I continue to eat here!!!

I walked in to a nearly empty dining and 5 employees behind the counter and I ordered one medium sub, then waited almost 25 minutes to get it. They even have the audacity to ask for a tip before they even take your money. This new society is disgusting. No more business from me, at this point all that’s left is for you to throw the food at me and tell me to take a hike.Parking: Very tight parking lot, trucks can not maneuver if other cars are around, which is always

Ordered a turkey sub on white bread, mustard and cheese only. Thirty minutes later I got a turkey sandwich on wheat bread, mayo, tomato, and onion only. The only thing they got right was the turkey, and the turkey was cold. Only gave them one star because there's no way to rate them zero.
Is it that hard to make sandwiches correctly? Then to give an attitude when trying to get two of 3 corrected?? Based on the other reviews I guess it is.

My husband absolutely loves Firehouse Subs. I don't eat much bread, and sadly, I can not eat cold cuts, but if I did, I would try this for sure because it always smells so good.

It was my first time eating there. I thought the idea of the restaurant was great, but the customer service?! Virtually no cole slow on the cole slow sub. Ordered a kid's combo and received a sandwich only.. had to ask for a drink, instead of a desert, got a bag of chips, and no fire hat. The sandwich guy asked me what i was expecting in that combo? I said, only what is offered on the menu. So disappointing. Meatballs weren't good on the baby sub either ?

Ordered a club sub got home and only bacon a vegetables none of the other meats or cheese was on my sandwich. These sandwiches are not cheap and then to get ripped is unacceptable. I eat here 3 to 5 times a week and usually no major problems but to leave off 60% of the sandwich that's a bit much . Will update how it is handled.
