5 guys food prices are REALLY HIGH. Food is good. We spent 40bucks for 2 people.to eat lunch. It would be easier to spend if they staff had more inviting attitudes.

I placed an order online and followed the instructions for pickup. Upon arriving, I went to the register and informed the young lady that I was there for pickup. She called out my name, indicating that I’ve arrived and my order would be ready. However, after waiting for 30 minutes and observing others receiving their orders, I inquired about mine. To my disappointment, I was informed that my order had never been made. Despite wanting to try the food for the first time, I opted for a refund due to the manager, Michelle, dismissing my concerns. Although I tipped $3, I was only partially refunded, missing the tip amount. I contacted customer service to address the issue. Overall, I won't be returning to spend money here.

Chairs and tables are oak and need sanding. I passed a chair and it broke a 3 inch splinter off into my shirt, tearing my clothes and painfully stabbing my stomach. Didn't puncture my skin. My wife showed it to the staff and they took the chair to the back. Half the chairs in the room are splintered.

Restaurant is cleeeeean from the vents in the ceiling to the floor tiles and everything in between! The food is good as always however I did notice there was not the amount of fries I was accustomed to. The large fries were enough for one person and not two which is what I thought it would be but I guess shrinkflation hits where it hits but overall great food and atmosphere.
