This McDonalds suck I ordered two cheeseburgers happy meals when I made it home my kids had chicken McNuggets tried calling McDonalds back I kept getting a busy signal in the garage it went my does not like McNuggets

Ordered delivery. Food was never delivered although I got a text saying it was. This McDonald's uses Doordash. Do not use this McDonald's. The manager was rude. Not helpful at all.

The food is worse than it used to be. It’s just not good. The service was so slow. I don’t like having to use the kiosk to place my food order. Takes too long. I’m not trained lol and we are in the “restaurant”. It feels stale. The environment is bad.

I only get the iced coffee from McDonalds. I don't eat the food. The service was good and the drive-through line wasn't too bad today. They actually had the flavor I wanted (it's hit or miss).

I waited in line 1 for over 15 minutes, watching 3 cars that came after me in line 2 go before me! The young gentleman repeated my order perfectly! I got home and I was literally missing my entire meal #5! I called and spoke to Alexandra the manager and she said “sorry about that, just come back with your receipt and we will give you your 10 piece chicken nuggets meal.” My went back out in the rain to get my meal. They are very unorganized and they do not actually check if all meals or orders are in the bag, they just repeat what is on the screen.??‍♀️

I don’t ever do reviews especially situations like this, but this just really frustrated me. I didn’t get the name but there was a staff (possibly a supervisor not sure) member that refused to ring up a small fry at the last window. I ordered two 6 piece nuggets, a small fry and a small sundae. I confirmed the items in my order at the first window which prompted me to believe I paid for everything I ordered. When I made it to the second window I checked and I didn’t have a small fry. So I asked if I can quickly ring up a small fry & expressed that it was confirmed at the second window. She carelessly said “no I can’t ring anything up over here”, which I didn’t see why she couldn’t ask the other staff member to ring it up. There was a line and I wasn’t going to go back around. It was also late so I couldn’t enter the lobby. It was just so frustrating because there was no real reason as to why it couldn’t be done. Just rude & careless. I understand people get tired, but part of having a job means to be considerate no matter the circumstance or situation. I was not rude at all, this person just did not care. Not to sound rude or ignorant but my best description is that she is black, blond wig or braids & and foreign (I myself am black & foreign so this is unbiased).

Update 3/17/24Now they’re charging for large when the standard is medium. Make sure you ask for medium or they will charge you large. Shameful business practices here. Can this location get any worse??.. I guess soThe worst location. It’s always slow and I mean atleast 15-20 minutes even when they are not busy. Just ridiculous how things are run here. I was also accused of not purchasing a drink when I went for a refill. They have a manager who can’t even comprehend simple english.
