I went to McDonald’s at Hamilton Mill drive through about 12:40 and yes they were busy but they were moving pretty fast I placed my order, paid almost $46.00 and pulled up to window to get my food the guy handed me my drinks and was told to pull over to sign 3. When I got over there there was a car sitting in 3. I had to park in another parking space. After sitting there for 20 minutes they brought out the car sitting in 3 their food. I pulled in 3 after they left. After waiting another 10 minutes they came out with my order but took it to another car, I guess they told them it wasn’t their food, so the guy came over and said to me is this your food How was I supposed to know it was my food? He gave it to and just stood there looking at me. The food was ice cold. You would think they would have brought out hot food after making me sit there that long. I’m never going back. I will drive 6 miles further before I go back there!

Ordered a meal with a hot chocolate. Told to pull forward. I waited 8 minutes from the time I ordered it (so much for fast food). I finally went inside and the woman was making it. I got it and left. The hot chocolate was cold. Quite disgusting.

I GAVE 3 STARS ON FOOD WELL BECAUSE IT IS MCDONALD'S AND FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH IT.
