I’m a frequent customer here at this Starbucks. My drinks are always so good reason why i didn’t give 5 stars is bc they seem to always forget my Carmel drizzle. It’s very frustrating when you notice it once you have already left and by that time the .60 cents isn’t even worth my time to go back.

This starbucks use to be good but has gotten terrible. Waited 15 mins no big deal but the 2 girls working there were making drinks from tik tok and then tell me I'm sorry we are out of caramel syrup. Why didn't you tell me that to begin with when I ordered. Waiting 15mins and then get told that is very unprofessional. Will not be back go to the stand alone store near the intersection

USUALLY get fast friendly service here. Not today. I stood in line while the young lady carried on a very lengthy conversation with a guy that already had his product, by the way, and 3-4 minutes never even acknowledged that I was standing there. I know right it's hard to get anyone to work these days. But y'all need to step up. This is a business, not a high school social.

Starbucks is My favorite drink shop They have almost all flavors except banana .Try making A banana drink with mashed bananas oatmeal and milk with ice and cocoa powder .

Totally unreliable hours, totally unreliable cafe closings. Not open before 11an in the morning sometimes. Coffee is a morning drink. I know about the pandemic but have not had this experience at any other Starbucks. Ridiculous closings all the time

I went yesterday afternoon to get a cup of coffee before a meeting I needed to attend. It was just after 6PM. I ordered a medium roast Venti cup. Was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I pull up, pay for my coffee and they asked me to pull around and they will bring it out. I was a bit confused since I ordered a simple cup of black coffee. I pull around and then a minute later, a young lady comes out to tell me they can't make me a cup of coffee but they can make me an Americano. I say what is that? Espresso with water. I said "but I just want a cup of coffee: I am at Starbucks right?" Yes, but we can't brew any more coffee. I can make you an Americano. No, I just want a cup of coffee. I can't brew any coffee. Can I get my money back. Sure, and she runs back inside. I sit there for a few minutes not in my happy space. I need to get to my meeting and I simply can't wait any longer. So I leave with no money and no coffee! Needless to say this was my first and last trip to this Starbucks. Very disappointed.
