Subpar service. I tried to make conversation with the lady making my sandwich and she just ignored me, when previously she had been talking freely with other customers. Don't really recommend, unfortunately.
I went in today to get 4 buffalo chicken sandwiches with my brother. Previously there was a white man who had helped me with the same order had gone out of his way to mix and heat the chicken up before toasting it. When I asked the lady to do the same thing she said he doesn't know how to speak english which is ironic because the man spoke fluent english and was even conversing with me. 9/20/23 I ordered Philly on Italian Herb & Chz , bread wasnt FRESH at all and once I contact them to let them know the lady was arguing with me over the phone, stating she made the bread early in the am, I was at the place around 12:34PM she should have pull a fresh bread not the one from early in the AM. CUSTOMER SERVICE was awful, my last time ordering from the place.
