It takes too long to get our food. They only had 2 tables with people but the our orders took past 10 minutes.The tables and the floor was very sticky.

Poor service 545p Sunday drive thru . Called manager and set phone down and wouldn’t listen. No receipt no napkins. Fish overcooked and missing the condiments requested.change the grease ! Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes and couldn’t get 1 sandwich order right. That is all that was ordered. A big joke . Poor management as he would not respond

This location is absolutely dreadful. DO NOT go here. The food is always old and cold and it’s been this way for the last couple of years. If you want Wendy’s just go to the newer location on Dacula road or the one in Flowery Branch.

I am 70 years old . I don't know how to use those touch things to order my food. I got no help from any employee. I recommend you close your dining room. I was in there to order 12 meals. Burger King got that $$
Been coming here a while and it’s definitely getting worse. Had 3 people in line and now they’re having everyone pull into a parking spot to wait even with no one else in line. Clearly to cheat their times but I shouldn’t need to move when there’s no one behind me and the people at the window are just sitting there sipping drinks standing around.

Today no different I was 3rd car in drive through took 20 min to get food then I got wrong food and food was cold smh this place is terrible wowWell today I did the drive through the young man with black hoodie coat on and goat tee working window handed me my sweet tea I take a drink and it’s not sweet tea I give it back to him he pours it back into tea container I was like what ??? then he hands me new tea and again it is unsweetened tea I hand it back tell him just give me a coke he turns around pours that tea back into tea container keep in mind I have taken drinks out of both 2 teas he gave me I now say why are you putting the tea back into the containers that I drank out of them maybe I have Covid did you ever think of that I tell him it is a food violation by putting the tea back into those containers smh ?♂️ after that him and the black guy and black girl laugh about it they think it’s funny I will be calling Health department tomorrow
