I ordered my food I literally live right around the corner and Only Takes Me 2 minutes to get there when I got there my food was not ready I waited for 30 minutes after getting a message saying that it was done then when I got my order I ordered a large steak they gave me two large pieces of bread with a little bit of meat onions burnt steak burnt mushrooms and three cheese across it I also ordered fried rice that was terrible with huge pieces of eggs in it that was overcooked the shrimp were overcooked in the rice was terrible and dry

I have ordered wings from this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. Not only are there wings good, but, you'd be hard pressed to find a bad item on the menu. Their service is efficient and accurate. The inside of their restaurants are always clean and neat. It's a very pleasurable experience dining here. Again, I love their wings, but almost everything on the menu is a winner!!!

First time at a WNB. The philly was so greasy it was inedible. The bread fell apart it was so sopped with grease. I threw away almost the entire combo meal as the fries were bland and soggy too. The establishment also has no restrooms for customers which is offputting. I will not come back and likely not eat at another WNB. 11/7/2023

Called in an order, and the young lady messed my order up. Then when they fixed the order they intentionally lagged putting the order in after several others. After waiting about 7 minutes I was told it would be another 10 minutes. In this time the young lady kept looking back at me laughing will talking to her coworker. I have never had a problem at this location but I am very unhappy with this visit!

This is the only location I’ve been that doesn’t have crispy fries. They were out of lemonade too. Horrible experience no value for my money. The fact that they ask for a tip for mediocre service is hilarious

The order that was made was wrong and they told me they couldn’t replace it!? Are you serious? Listen, when I put a review up…YOU KNOW IT’S SERIOUS! Then on top of that the CHILDREN HAD THE NERVE TO MOCK ME BEFORE THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE IN THE PRESENCE OF THEIR MANAGER!!! Really Manager lady, really?! First visit at the Dacula location, order was incorrect. But they quickly fixed it. Wings were great! My only complaint, is the front counter service. What I assume were friends of an employee, or possibly a coworker off duty… there were two “customers” hanging out at the counter, carrying on with the employee(s), all while they were munching down on food over the counter. It’s somewhat off putting. I would expect management to handle it. But maybe one wasn’t present? I usually visit the location at Hamilton Mill, never a problem there.
