By far this location is one of the best run stores I patronize. Staff is friendly and on their game, food is consistent and service is quick.I wish more of the franchise holders ran their stores like this one.

I star. Just a few months ago the egg roll that comes with the sensation salad was bigger. Sick of being dooped so these places can profit more. WHERE IS THE CONSISTENCY? 1 star!!

Fries were greasy, like there were dip in grease again after being sitting so long. The customer service here is always the best, and 99% of the time, the food is fresh and delicious. My chicken fingers were Luke warm. It's still better than most other zaxbys.

The food is good as always. The men's bathroom is nasty though.
Ordered two wings and things plates.. grose. The wings were not cooked good . The skin on them were soft and not crispy. Disgusting.Winder and Braselton is really good. We won't eat at this location again.

I decided to give this location another try. The food was fresh and seasoned well. The tenders and fries were good. The toast was good aswell. I tried the peach tea, at first I like it but then it had a slimy aftertaste that I did not like. Overall this Zaby’s location is pretty good.
Place was nasty and smelled like urine. Fingers were okay, fries were cold order was short. Total confusion among employees trying figure orders to tables. Definitely lack of onsite

They certainly have the greasesiest most dangerous floors and from what we witnessed 2 clowns who are supposed to be cleaning, screwing around together but not cleaning. Fire them 1st I'd suggest. Your store video won't lie. You had better review it.Wheelchair accessibility: Stay out of restaurant if you don't want to slip and fall on their nasty greasy floors.
