So I went to Big Creek distillery yesterday and tried the flight of their barrel aged gin, small batch bourbon, and single barrel bourbon for $25.Their bourbon has a mash bill of 75% of two types of corn (sweet & red), 15% wheat, and 10% malted barley.Gin is 90 proof aged in 15 gallon bourbon barrel for 8 months (imo, it tasted like bourbon flavored gin or vice versa, I couldn't decide). The waitress/bar tender was nice. It was our first visit so she was patient and kind. We went back a second time but they were closed to the public for a private event. I look forward to going back. There was a good truck outside and we hope to sample the food on our next date night.

In a word, incredible. I love wheated bourbons. Their product is top notch, non-chill filtered and incredibly delicious.I’m someone that is not a fan a gin but their barrel aged gin in phenomenal. Finishing in a Bourbon barrel infused with local botanicals. So good
