Brandon and his wife are extremely talented folks in the food industry and have come so far from farm to table meals. That being said, the food is exquisite, well portioned and a treat for all taste buds. If you haven’t already had the privilege of eating at Gonzo Gourmet I implore you to go and get some of the best Chef Brandon has to offer, you won’t be disappointed.
Just found this food truck, the best food we've ever had! Hands down! Hats off to Chef Brandon and Ms. Kim! I had the pork nachos and my husband had the shrimp and grits AMAZING. We will be following this food truck! ?

Absolutely delicious food. The shrimp and grits are simply amazing. Also had the chicken eloté boat, so good. The ingredients are fresh and recipes cooked with talent. Highly recommend!
