Arriving on the property, one feels transported to another country with such a scenic view of the vineyard and grounds.The wine was great, the food was delicious, and the service was topnotch. Montaluce was our DREAM wedding spot and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. The entire staff at Montaluce was so kind and helpful to us. Everything from the venue, food, and wine was perfect! We will always have such a beautiful memory of our wedding because of Montaluce!

With great expectation in mid-April, I took friends from Oregon to Montaluce. Rating - 1/2 star. What a huge disappointment! We had hoped to wine taste on the balcony. That meant running back & forth to the bar for each new tasting. Then we asked for a glass of wine on the balcony.Forget the tasting. The same treatment. I spoke to the manager about not being able to be served, who was most dismissive and condescending. The wait staff stood around with nothing being done, as we kept asking for service. This is the third time I’ve had this experience at Montaluce - taking guests from out of state. I then suggested we try the Trattoria di Montaluce. Night & Day. The wait staff, Brenden, & restaurant/bar manager were stellar. They both went out of their way to treat us as guests. The crew up at Montaluce needs to take lessons from the wonderful staff at the Trattoria. They get a ten plus! Should I choose to go again, I’ll head straight to the Trattoria!

We celebrated my sister birthday today. My sister visited several times before, this was my first. It was a group of 29 of us. We didn’t know what to order or how to order. Alaina our waitress was awesome! She suggested what apps to get and that we should add bread to the order. She was patient and understanding. She kept a smile on her face even when working with the picky kids. She knew the menu well, and how to order things for my daughter who is vegetarian. I would come back to visit Alaina. The manager Ray was cool and very people friendly. He came to the tables several times to make sure things were well. I really enjoyed my time at Montaluce.

Had our anniversary dinner here with family. It was a lovely experience. Food was delicious and the setting is so beautiful. We had the duck and salmon. The presentation was nice. The waiter was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful winery terrible wine ?. Go with the idea of having a good time but don’t expect good food and good wine. The restaurant is extremely expensive, we ordered different appetizers and main dishes and the only acceptable food was the short ribs, the pasta ?

Beautiful winery tucked away in the Georgia mountains. I felt like I was transported to Italy with the surroundings! The food, wine, and scenery are amazing. We stopped in during the 2024 Solar Eclipse and they gave out champagne toasts and provided special viewing glasses to everyone there. It was good vibes all around. Service is a little slow, seemed like they were understaffed. Don't expect this to be a "quick" winery stop. Besides, you really need to sit down and enjoy the view and take it all in. It is a little pricier than other wineries but you're paying for the view and experience.

3 star review as the wine was very good, the grounds were gorgeous, and the architecture was beautiful. The customer service was awful. We came midweek when there was only 1 other group there. We were not greeted warmly and were talked to in a condescending manner. I have never felt so disrespected at a winery before. I felt like my presence was an inconvenience.

This is my 3 time to this location and I find new things to do every time. Different restaurants for different experiences. You can walk the grounds or just sit and take the beauty in.

We got engaged here a year ago. Came back to blue ridge for our honeymoon and made our last stop to eat here to top off the whole trip. Gary was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable with his wines and very hospitable. He is the best waiter. We will definitely be making it a once a year tradition (at least) to Monteluce Winery.
