As others have stated when placing an order through the app and it will tell u still cooking or isn’t ready all while it’s sitting. I’ve gotten cold pizza and cold over done bread sticks. I have only gotten good hot pizza here about two months ago around 1:30pm. But since the bread has been hard as a rock and the food coldFrom it sitting. It say your order isn’t ready while it’s just sitting there, sometimes not in the heated rack. I come to this location from villa rica because the Carrollton location is worse! But come on this can’t be that hard to get it right. About to just go back to eating pizzahut !! Nearly the same price now. Can get a large one topping at Pizza Hut for $9.99. And it’s always hot and really fresh at pizza hut.

Online says still cooking. All that time & I go in & the food is sitting on the counter instead of in the warmer. The online updated never said it was ready. What if I had not gone in. No apology or anything. Tons of food just sitting on the counter. Not even that many people in the store placing orders. Do better please.

The new pepperoni pizza was soggy and the crust was not done in the center. I tried to call this location but it went to a full voice mail. I will return this inedible pizza and will adjust my review according to how this is resolved. Paying $16 for my order I expect better.

They didn’t even cut my Italian cheese bread… I paid for crazy sauce and I didn’t receive it.
So apparently Little Cesar’s (at least this one) believes that at 10pm they are supposed to be out the door and otw home. At least according to the two employees tonight that told me and then another lady trying to get our Hot n Readys at 9:45- that it takes time to clean up so they don’t serve after 9:40?So what’s the purpose of a sign that list business hours until 10 pm?! Just so people can look it up drive over wasting gas money and watch them clean up for 20 mins??? I’ve worked many places. You clean up after the store closes. Business hours are posted for a reason, so customers can plan accordingly. The part that I found exceptionally aggravating was the part how they explained it like it was common practice and we just clearly must not have understood that restaurants must be cleaned before they could go home… I mean duh, still not a reason guys. In fairness the girl was new. The manager could have said I am short staffed need to train, if that was the issue, but acting like it was normal policy (and hopefully it won’t be) is kind of garbage.

The two new managers Stacy and Morquez are rockstars! I love how they take ownership of any challenges they are faced with. My order inadvertently sat because someone forgot to scan it ready, but they quickly jumped into action and provided me with seven newly made pizzas for my 20 starving teens.
