The Buffalo chicken pizza and the pepperoni & bacon pizza are so good! The cheese is melty & yummy!!?The boneless chicken was like fake nuggets but the wings are good.

For quite a while we were getting really wonderful pizza and salads from the New Hope Marco's Pizza.But lately it seems that something has changed the pizza is very greasy. So we have started ordering light cheese which is still the same amount of cheese even though I keep ordering it and it's still very greasy. Lately my salads with grilled chicken added, the chicken is ice cold like it was pre-made. When I'm having a dinner salad with chicken added I don't want it cold it should be fresh grilled. I hope you are able to step up your game to where it was. The napkins is from after trying to dab off the grease. We even had light pepperoni to try to help.

The one star is related to the quality of service and response to my complaint at this location. I’ll never order or eat at this location again. When the delivery guy uses the “F” word in front of me and then forgets half of your order it’s inexcusable. Then he says, I’ll be back with the rest of your order, then never returns. Sad.

Used to be My favorite pizza spot in the Dallas/Hiram area. Whenever I order. I received greatly customer services and speedy delivery even during peak times. However lately my last order have been unsatisfactory so unfortunately I have to change my review. My pizza was served with a huge bubble and lack cheese and was burnt and then my sub was served with literally bananas peppers only instead of adding it to the sub ? smh??♀️

I came to this Dallas Georgia Location after traveling from out of town for the Thanksgiving Holiday....I ordered a Large Deluxe Pizza and a Family Salad on 11/22/23, as I was cooking everything else for Turkey Day. I have had Marco's Pizza before but this was by far the Best Marco's Pizza and Salad I have ever had! Very friendly staff and prepared in 25 min...I picked it up and was surprised to see that they also have a bar with beer on tap, very clean and many tables. Thanks again and I will be back for sure... 5 stars!

Worst Marco's service by manager Mckenzie at the East Paulding location. Spoke with McKenzie to order 1 large pizza she said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up to the location in 20 minutes no one was around. There was not a car in the parking lot or a single customer inside the restaurant. She said the order didn't go through and it wasn't even started. I.told her that I placed the order with her and all she had to say was yea it didn't go through. There was not a single car in the parking lot or inside. Mckenzie was very rude and did not offer to expedite. I won't be back to this location.
Stop and avoid this location! We decided to dine in, BIG mistake!! The restaurant was a mess to include the restrooms. We ordered a medium pizza and a salad. We also ordered a pitcher of Michelob Ultra but there was an issue with the keg. They could not refund us and only offered Coors Light which was flat. Once the food came to our dine in table it was in a pizza box. The pizza came out first and the salad followed. The salad was old as it was made 3 days ago according to the date stamp. The lettuce was wilted and the meat slimy. This too also came out in a to go container. There napkins were not existent. The interior temperature was colder than the exterior temperature. I am truly disappointed in this location. There is no way to notify Marcos other than calling the store. Again stay away from this location.

We’ve been ordering pizza here since we’ve moved to Dallas, but yesterday was my last. I ordered a meat lovers (samething we always order) once it was delivered (very good time) we sat down to eat it me and my husband both had to spit it out. IT WAS SALTY!!!!!!!! I called to see if I could get a a new one delivered or a refund and was told no because it wouldn’t be considered a “mess up” WHAT? They would give me a discount on my next order. My big issue is that the manager wouldn’t even come to the phone. $25 pizza trashed…..

It’s hit or miss with the Marcos on East Paulding. Sometimes you get your food quick. Other times your waiting for an hour and have to call. I’ve had them deliver other peoples food several times. The food is fresh and hot every time I get it, but the service needs major improvement.

I was so excited when this place opened up. Before it opened, we didn’t know where to get pizza around here. I mean, sure there was the other Marcos 4 miles up the road from this location. And yes, there is the dominos a quarter mile from this place. And don’t forget the Johnnys pizza almost directly across the street or the Little Caesars, which is now thankfully Papa John’s, which is practically in the same shopping center. Other than all those choices…Finally! A local pizza place!

There were no prices on the menu or on the board above the registers. We had to wait for someone to take our order. Had someone just acknowledged us instead of looking at us, I would be more understanding. No one working there seemed happy, and the atmosphere reflected that.
