This is really Ruby Tuesdays. Here in Dallas GA, good service. Beer prices are reasonable. Good selection although the main reason I come is for the salad bar. A few items are a bit pricey, 20 bucks for pot roast. Then again nothing is cheap anywhere anymore. You can get a nice 6oz sirlion with sides for a reasonable price. My wife likes the burgers.

Very nice place to dine, will definitely be going back.. little pricey but worth the money, not really recommended for kids.. but all in all a very good experience..

My wife, child and I decided to stop in for dinner. It was late and there was literally only a couple of people in the restaurant. The hostess greeted us and took us to our seat. Once seated we waited 20 mins for service and got none. We watched the hostess walk by several times and watched a couple of waitresses clean around us and walk by us and yet not one stopped to ask if we had been helped. Finally We all go up and went to the salad bar. There was two cold plates and only one that was clean. There were several plates on the side that were dirty. My wife asked for clean plates and the hostess brought several plates that she had to look through to find a clean plate. We got our salad and sat down and ate. After I finished my salad, about 30 minutes after initially being seated, and my wife was finishing up hers the waitress came over and said she didn't know we were there and asked us what we wanted. Why she didn't know we were there is beyond me. I could see her the whole time. She was in a corner booth on her phone and talking to some guy who may or may not have worked there. We had direct eye contact and she surely saw us get our salad. By this time we had no intentions of ordering anything that we intended. There was no way I could eat after the poor service. My daughter did want an ice cream so we did order that. The waitress went to her station and typed it in and hollered that she wasn't charging us for the salads. She immediately brought the check, asked us not to leave a google review, and a few moments go by and she brought the ice cream. She went back to her corner and we finished and left. We will never return to Ruby Tuesday. 10 years ago it was a great place and the staff were great and the food was awesome. Their were awesome a wait to get in and people wanted to eat there. Now everyone I pass is empty. Now I understand why. The whole place should be fired. From the hostess to the waitresses. They all knew we were there and yet no one bothered to say anything. Lessons should be taught. You cannot ignore this behavior or it will continue. I will never be back.

There's nothing special about Pasta Americana, other than the fact that it doesn't exist. It's a ghost kitchen that operates from Ruby Tuesday, and if I recall correctly, everything on the Pasta Americana menu is also on the Ruby Tuesday menu.(Mr. Beast Burger is also operated out of Ruby Tuesday, but that's a whole nother review)

If I could give zero stars I would, spent 58$ on food on Uber eats I got a pasta carbonara, shrimp pasta, breadsticks, and a ceaser salad.No joke I receive 7-12 noodles with a spoon full of sauce on it ice cold from probably 2-3 days ago. No breadsticks, some chili cheese fries cold and stale, and a bowl of lettuce with no sauce.How are you still in business ridiculous
They honestly have the BEST flavored tea! We ordered the mango tea which had fresh fruit, absolutely Amazing.

This is a fake "extension" of Ruby Tuesday's for UberEats/DoorDash ect.You'll be paying high end prices for Ruby Tuesday grade food.Ordered 2 pastas and paid $30+, only to get refunded through UberEats because it was all still partially frozen. Equivalent to microwaving a tv dinner.

I bought two orders of lasagna and two salads first off no meat in the lasagna and the salads one had only lettuce in it and the other had everything. I paid 30dollars for something that was right. I won't be back. The girls were very nice. When I got home this is what I paid for. So sad.

Ordered from door dash, thought the pictures looked good but I get the food and it looks nothing like the photo not only that it also tastes pretty gross half cold half warm seems microwaved. The meat is definitely not fresh. I’d stay far away from this place definitely potential for getting you sick.
