This place truly sucks. Each time I visit I think it’s going to be a different experience but it’s not. The food isn’t properly prepared, order never ready. I just don’t understand. Shut down already and give us a Jersey Mike’s!!!

Walked in at 9:28 and they said they were closed . Sign on door and online says 10pm is when they close . Why is door open then?!!!?!?!!!?

Went in. The server acted like I didn't even exist. People were waiting to be waited on on and she was to busy preparing online and cashap orders. I never felt so unappreciated in my life. But, with that being said, she was by herself. To the owner, hire more help!!! I saw several people leave, including myself.

Signage on the door says open 9AM. For months I would often arrive between 9AM-10AM and the door would be locked, lights off, and not a soul in site. Happened to go by a few days ago at 9:30AM and the lights were on so I went inside. They didn't have the store ready for customers: still prepping in the back; didn't have any toppings / meats out; etc. The two employees who were there mumbled making it difficult to hear so I kept asking them to repeat themselves. Not a good experience. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the employees, or there is a shortage of employees for the last several months, or it could have been that I was having a bad day. Whatever it was, it was not a good day on this day.

I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated at this location. I complained online 3 times as well without as much as a phone call back. I ordered for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I clicked "I'm here" on the app when I arrived. Almost 15 mins later no one had brought my food out. I went in and let the man know my food was never brought out to me. He replied and said it was. I let him know that it clearly wasn't because I'm inside inquiring about it. He told me the woman went outside and looked for me and I wasn't there. I told him I was parked right there (and pointed to where I was parked) and he said the lady searched "the whole parking lot" and I was NOT there. He continued to ARGUE with me in front of other customers, saying I wasn't there, insinuating that I was lying. That is UNACCEPTABLE. They had my number and never called saying they couldn't find my car. I, however, called twice before going in with no answer. For him to argue with me and make me out to be a liar is extremely unprofessional. I left there absolutely furious, having to raise my voice and say, "CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY SANDWICHES?!" before he showed me where they were off to the side. When I walked in and said no one ever brought my food to me, it should have been a quick apology on their end and then him handing me my sandwiches. That's it. Should've been that easy. I should not have been argued with and treated the way I was. I am in shock at what occured and have made it a goal to always drive out of my way to go to a different Subway, even though this one is right next to my neighborhood. I refuse to give them another dime. The man became very accusatory, rude, and somewhat aggressive very quickly. And on top of it all, I asked for my guacamole to be put on the side and it was put on the sandwich. I had never had it and wasn't sure if I'd like it, and I didn't. So my sandwich was ruined. I also asked for the bacon to be very crispy and it was limp and fatty. Pretty much raw. I will NEVER give this location my business again. And that man needs a lesson on how to treat a paying customer.

If I could give this place zero dollars I could, don't work here, or even so much as EAT here. First the boss schedules me for an interview and doesn't even have the time to interview me properly, second on my first day the lady there doesn't even understand me, AND the boss is 20 minutes late, then I have no choice but to help the lady and keep in mind I've worked in a sandwich deli in a grocery store, subway is different, and when I went to leave the boss didn't even ask why he just said bye...so in other words.....BOYCOTT THIS SUBWAY!!!!Edit: Oh and not to mention the fact that this subway was crawling with ants

When I walked in to get a sandwich the place was a mess..Stuff all over the floor, every table was dirty. The man in front of me wanted something to drink with his sandwich & they had no drinks, not even tea. When it was my turn the woman behind the counter saw that I had coupons in my hand & she said something bit I didn't hear her & I said " "Pardon me??" She said "We don't take coupons" I said " I will go to a different store than" she said "Good"....I couldn't believe what she said..I will never return to this store. I believe it has been taken over by new owners & I guess they don't want the business..So DONT GO HERE...HORRIBLE!!

Girl that was making sandwiches approximately 6pm 6-15-23 just RUDE & purposely antagonistic!! Asked for 2 extra scoops of tuna & she mumbled “ain’t gonna be no good”? then after telling her 3 times white American shredded cheese!! She very quickly grabs & throws yellow/white cheese before I had time to say NO!! I don’t have room to put everything she did & said but imo….DONT GO HERE!!! 55 E Paulding Dr isn’t any better either!! Went there first, always out of stuff! Not friendly!! Firehouse subs were great!! Where I will go from now on!!!!!
