One star is too high. We haven't been to this BK in months because of previous bad experiences but saw recently that the cheesy tots were back so decided to have it for lunch today. We didn't receive our full order and while waiting for those missing cheesy tots, noticed that every other customer had an issue with their orders missing items, too. How difficult is it to double check an order before handing it out? How difficult is it to read the screens that tell you exactly what to make for the order? How difficult is it to apologize to a customer? Apparently the employees at this BK can't do any of these things. We had to drive back for the missing cheesy tots and then eat our cold whopper jrs with no cheese (we paid extra for cheese). And please don't bother offering me a coupon or free items because they'll just be left out of the order and your employees will treat it as an inconvenience. I understand nobody is perfect, I would just recommend stronger training and employee support.

i visit this location on a weekly basis, and the entire staff is always so lively and kind! food is always cooked fresh, and i have never been disappointed. i must recommend the ghost pepper chicken fries! those bad boys are the best item on the menu, folks!

They do not change there oil like they suppose too fries and chickens nuggets always taste like old oil...

I ordered at drive thru window was ask to pull up ,I had ordered french toast sticks !I got back to work opened my food the food was barely cooked and had no syrup it cost me six dollars may as well just put the money in trash with the food

Pretty much the same every time we've gone here. Food isn't fresh, fries are stale, and just not good. Burger King used to be my favorite fry place, not anymore though. The bad experience every time will keep you away.

We bought chicken fries and they gave us the very oldest ones they had, I had to go back inside to ask them for some freshly made ones cuz the ones we got weren't even chewble..and the girl I spoke to about it she didn't even let me finish what I was going to say and she just snatched the box of chicken fries of my hands and asked the people in the back for some fresh ones, so that's why I am rating them what I am ..poor customer service
Always the best. Super great food and really easy to connect with the employees there. Feels like I'm wanted instead of a burden.
