Incredible authentic food. The portion sizes are massive! My wife and I can share a plate. The owner is also the cook, and he is very friendly. The food is cooked and seasoned perfectly, the plating is beautiful. The music was enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy delicious food.
The Verde Carnitas plate!!! That is all you need in life to be happy. That verde sauce is what dreams are made of in the foodie world. Trust me. But let's back up. A long time ago a man from Mexico shared his family's secret to the best carnitas this side of the equator. This recipe has been handed down for generations. The story in and of itself will have your mouth watering. And then an entrepreneur grandson decides to carry on the family tradition and share it with the world. Today, Carnitas El Ranchito shares their family history through their great food! They do offer a few other items on the menu; chicken, ribs etc. They are good and filling too. My wife had the carnitas nachos and she's hooked. Oh and they do have queso dip;) Overall, you're going to enjoy this place and the food they offer.
