Normally, when me and my boyfriend come here, we are greeted by a worker who asks if Princess [my boyfriends service dog who frequently comes with us] is a service dog, when we say yes, we are let in no problem. Today however, we were greeted with the stores manager and or owner and were asked if she was a service dog and asked for id. Service dogs per the ada are not required to wear a vest or any sort of identification. Id tags or vests aren't protected federally and do NOT mean a dog is a service dog. despite this, we were only let in with the promise that next time she wears a vest [which she wont]Princess is a task trained service dog that cannot be denied access just because she's not wearing id. I will be emailing corporate as well , this is unacceptable.

I have a task trained service dog that's trained to help me live my day to day life safety. I've brought her many times & never had an issue. Today I was almost illegally denied service because she's owner trained and unvested.I was told by (who I assume is the store owner or manager) that unless she has a vest on or an ID number for some random association that she won't be allowed back.He refused to understand that's illegal & that the ADA says otherwise.We will be emailing or calling corporate as this is not acceptable.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: It's definitely not that wheelchair accessible

I use to love coming to cicis, but now they barely have a selection to choose from, and everything looks like it has sat out for a while. I also ordered wings. It was almost $8 for 5 of the smallest wings I've seen. It was actually upsetting seeing how bad this place has become. It use to be nostalgic coming here but there's a good chance this will be my last time coming here.

Today we came to cici pizza to enjoy what I thought was a great family buffet turns out this place does not stick to their standards. We had a difficult time finding clean and sanitized seating we finally had to have someone come wipe off a booth for us while others were covered in used plates and food not to mention the amount of food on the floors. We wanted to at least try the food to give the place a little bit of a chance (our mistake) before I took a bite I noticed HAIR was baked into my cheese on the pizza so we alerted the manager and he just said sorry and threw it away. Over all we didn’t have a good experience this go around☹️ UPDATE 24 hours later I now have food poisoning

We absolutely love Cicis, the salad bar has always had fresh lettuce and sides. The pizza is always delicious. I love the crispy crust. It's awesome to be able to place an order of whatever combination you want. The dessert ain't bad but I never leave room for it. ?. The only thing I think it needs it another drink dispenser because it takes like forever to get my soda. ? Cici has always been a favorite.

Great food for the price. Very busy causing it to be very loud at times.
Paid 60 for 5 people to eat and drink. Atmosphere was a bit crowded, but ok overall. They have brought back the old bbq pizza as well, so that was nice to see. Overall, for a Saturday, it was a pleasant experience with lots of variety and choices.

It's a great place to take the kids. They have a lot of pizza to choose from. Will also make pizza for you if it's not on the bar. There's a small salad bar , a couple pastas , soup & desserts to choose from. The kids love going to play the arcade games.
