They forgot to put chicken on the D chef’s special hibachi, I called and they didn’t believe me they went ask the chef about it, instead of apologizing for their mistake. the host said she’ll give me credit for the chicken for the next day but didn’t said how much and I don’t want to drive there for a a dollar or two and also they’re rude and poor service this is the 3rd time they make a mistake in my order

Thisvuse to be the best in town. I ate there a LOT. Now, the food is bland, especially sushi and the staff well....they don't seem to understand their job. A customer isn't there to "bother" the staff. They are there to spend hard earned money and enjoy a good meal and have a pleasant experience. I just don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Other places in Dalton I will try first. Spent $50 on LUNCH from hibachi to sushi and it tasted bland. Several attempts to keep trying thinking they just having an "off day" but apparently it's the new norm.

Server was great. Food was good.Management is a very loose term for what is at this restaurant. I had two Crown cokes with dinner which I asked how much crown was. They were not able to tell me, so I just said go ahead and give me a crown and coke. They have multiple cocktails on the menu for $11-$14 dollars. When the bill came I was charged $40 for two crown and cokes because they were “doubles”. In no way is that a possibility. This is Dalton Ga, not Miami Florida. I explained my frustration to the “managers” on duty and they made no attempt to accommodate. This was my first and only time at this restaurant.I wasn’t expecting something to be given to me for free, I just didn’t want to feel like I was being completely ripped off after going somewhere for the first time.

We normally come here as our go to date night. However, last time we visited, we found a chicken wishbone in our meal. We then found another bone after! Despite showing it to the waitress and manager, they refused to compensate us any with the argument that “these things happen” even knowing that we are consistent customers. We had to lose half of our food because we couldn’t eat the rest while thinking about it. Really disappointed that we lost our favorite restaurant.
My boy was wanting to go here for his 10th birthday (apparently 3 other birthdays was going on too). At first, it didn't start too well. We waited for just like 5-10 minutes for a hibachi table. Once at the table though, we put in our order and waited for no less than 30 minutes before a chef came out. Once he came out, was another 10 minutes so that the orders could be straightened out...and still was wrong. My wife's steamed rice and my fried rice somehow wasn't on the order.Chef seemed like he was a bit on the grumpy side. As soon as he found out it was my boy's birthday...it was like a switch was flipped. The Chef turned into a very cheerful and entertaining fella. He had us all cracking up with his joking around and antics with my boy and the rest of us. He got my boy to come around and hold some of the utensils and wear his napkin like a bandana like you see some of the cooks wear. The waitress was really nice and got everything fixed that was wrong with the order and was so friendly and took care of my boy on his special day.My boy loved the experience and will remember it forever (and so shall we). Prior to this experience, my wife wasn't much of a fan, but I think she'll want to return after this.Oh and the food was very delicious! LOLKid-friendliness: My kids love this place (hibachi side) and they interact with them well.

I enjoyed the chicken yakatori for my appetizer. The chicken & steak hibachi entree with fried rice & steamed vegetables was delicious. Definitely get there before 5:30pm if you don't want a long wait time. I would visit again!

One of the best Hibachi experiences we had. The jalapeños poppers with Tuna were delicious, the chef was funny and cooked our steaks to perfection, and the wait staff was diligent and quick. We visited from out of town so this isn't a local bias review.

Outstanding food and service in a place that is constantly busy. I always say that you know a restaurant is good when the locals frequent the place and this place is no different. Nice selection of wine and beer. My favorite is the Coppola cabernet. The cooks are always entertaining and they make a special point to make the kids laugh. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is their decor is a bit tired and could use an update. Located on the corner of a strip development in Dalton. Highly recommended.
