Wait time for a table was not bad but we had to wait at least 30 mins for the waitress to come take our order. We then asked for refills and still 20-25 mins later still had no refills and when I went to ask about them she said she apologized and that she actually hadn’t even been able to put our order in because the kitchen was backed up. So we had spent an hour and roughly 20 mins waiting without even been let know they hadn’t been able to put our order in. That is ridiculous. Worst service ever!

Atmosphere: it's an IHOP girl, like it's not the best but it's not the worst, no visible dirt or anything on the floors and all the tables tht I saw were clean with the appropriate condiments on each.Service: it was good honestly, the server was very friendly and fast with our drinks, our food did take longer than usual in my opinion.Food: the food was amazing! I had the pesto eggs Benedict and it was so delicious and creamy and eggy and the perfect amount of sauce and veggies too!

This is the second IHOP I've gone to in the past week and a half. In both cases getting seated was near impossible. The one in Dalton we never got seated. Just left and went somewhere else for breakfast.
The food was good,.but it took over an hour to get our food.
