Terrible service, everyone who works here is Latino, night shift, my husband gave me 2 glasses for the meals that were requested, they ask questions, then they leave and ignore them, leaving the order incomplete. It's not the first time I've heard about the terrible service, today it's my turn. check it thanks to the fact that the McDonald's on the cleveland hwy was closed, to make matters worse they responded rudely but then someone of their own race arrived and they served them in Spanish. It is racism because we are not of our own Hispanic race but from another Latin place, how bad ?

I only ordered a large Coke. The drive through associate didn’t have on gloves. She had her hands all over my top and over my beverage. I thought that was gross. ? I didn’t want to offend the window associate bc of her race and national origin. Therefore, I didn’t say anything to her about not wearing a pair of gloves to handle my beverage. With COVID still out there and all kinds of infectious diseases, I don’t understand why management doesn’t make it mandatory for all food handlers to wear clear, plastic gloves. However, I threw my Coke away and went to a convenience store and purchased a bottled Coke. My point is all associates handling food should wear clear, plastic gloves.
