We love the McDonalds Fish Filet sandwich however it's way smaller, about the size of a slider.We ordered last week and it was buy one and add another for a dollar of which wasn't too bad, but today we were told they no longer offer the buy one and pay a dollar for the second.We paid $13.98 for 2 very small fish sandwiches and one large fry.Would have felt better about the price if the Fish Filet sandwich was as big as they were originally before the shrink inflation.A hungry person could leave hungry with this sandwich.

How do you mess up 3 items 3 different ways of the same kind of item? 3 double cheese burgers no ketchup no mustard and no onion. I got one made regular, One with just onion and pickel, and the last one is a mystery cause it's just a bun. Freaking mc Donald's man.? This is usually where I go in and order 500 burgers. That way they learn to make it right. Then I throw it all in the trash right in front of them

If you order thru the mobile app prepare to have items missing. This time was one large drink and 3 large fries. I ordered three meals. That was it. They can’t handle a three meal order. I mobiled it and gave them plenty of time. There’s always something missing from this location. Go to walnut or the one at 312. Whomever is the manager at this location is sleeping on the job. Literally every time we order from here, something will be missing.
Everytime I come thru drive thru my fries are always cold and taste old.

I used the kiosk to place my order, but it didn’t accept Apple Pay. So I took an order ticket and had to wait in line at the register behind three others placing their orders ahead of mine. When I got to the register I asked, “What is the point of kiosks when I have to wait in line twice?” He responded, “None at all.” The order was simple: two baskets of French fries. It took them about ten minutes, I grabbed the sack and left. When I got home I found them soggy, mushy, undercooked, and awful. You bozos had one job, one chance to make an impression, and you botched it.

I waited for 30 minutes for my order. The man with the tan Reebok hoodie took my order and didn’t even speak a single word to me and didn’t listen to the order I was placing. I asked for a 10 piece medium meal and he charged me for a large meal. I also asked for a large number 3 with NO PICKLES. I spoke pretty loud and I received my order with pickles on my burger. Slippery greasy floor inside with only one wet floor sign at the entrance and there was trash laying everywhere as well as sticky tables.

Fix the milkshake machine. Nothing should be shut down that much.Edit 5th time in roll of going and being told out of ice cream. I guess no one cares about this place. Mgmt sure doesn't. If you can't do better than that, then stop selling ice cream products..
