Even when no other customers are there they ask you to wait before they will take your order. I think they are hoping you will pull off which so many people do! They also keep the lights off when they are opening and cut them off before they close to try to make people think they are closed.. they do not want business

DoorDashed blasts only for them to tell me they couldn’t make them, DoorDash driver had to call because Sonic said they didn’t have order but then told dd support they didn’t have ingredients for blasts. #

Made me wait over 10 minutes on food when very little people were there and then charged me 27 cents to my card for ranch. ? not even a "sorry for the wait" thinking if the service was better they wouldn't be so hard up and having to run a card for the sauce. Probably cost them more to run the card than the sauce itself.

I always go here to get drinks, but here lately every time I go, the drinks are watered down and the food is always cold. I’ve tried to give chance after chance but when you’re spending 20+ dollars for something subpar it really gets old.

Terrible service. Pressed the red button twice and waited for 10 min and was never even recognized. Nobody ever answered on the speaker. Left and went across to Wendy’s.

we have never been to Sonic - no lemonade strike 1 kids that don't like soda apparently we were taking too long in a completely empty drive through lane and worker tries to send us to park umm no strike2 - - size and side sound very similar on a garbled speaker don't get an attitude when I don't understand you. strike 3 - still haven't eaten at sonic because of their horrible customer servic.

Sad to say that my family and i will never be eating at this location again . We don`t eat at Sonic often but, when we decided to have it yesterday it was the worse mistake . My son`s father/ My Boyfriend has been up all night and day throwing up , running a fever and having bad cramps . Food posing is what he has gotten so we are now at the point of him trying to ride this out and praying to God he come`s out okay . He had the foot long chilli dog i believe was the number 11 . I have worked in fast food for years so i know mistake`s happen and thing`s happen but ` i did want to post my review . i`m not saying don`t eat here because they do have a`lot of good thing`s here to eat but i`m saying to the staff be more mindful please .

Placed an online order and was missing one of the items. I was still parked at the stall so I pressed the button for help. The employee on the intercom proceeded to tell me that the stall I was currently parked at was not in service and that I needed to find another one. The employee then proceeded to cut the communication without allowing me to inform her of the situation. I then moved to a different stall pressed the red button and waited for approximately 7 minutes before the same employee on the intercom began to speak. I informed her that I was parked at stall 13 which she had claimed to be out of service and that in that same stall I had received an online order to which she interrupted me and asked for my name and proceeded to tell me it would be right out she then cut the communication once again. The problem with that was she did not allowed me to tell her what item I was missing and had not understood what the situation was. It’s not until I was able to catch the attention of a carhop employee that the issue was properly addressed and resolved within 5 minutes but not after waiting 20 minutes from the initial time. The name I was provided with for the employee behind the order intercom was Kelsie. At the end the issue wasn’t only the wait time and customer service but that the rest of the food o had ordered got cold. Food they did not attempt to remake due to there mistake.
