The place look like it wasn’t in operation. It said it was under new management. Person behind us came in, looked around, and then left. Very small amount of ice cream. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the building and the employee. My order was made in the back so it made me more worried as I couldn’t see how it was prepared.

Lyssa was closing, it was Sunday March 10th 9:15pm . A couple was coming out, the store was empty and they didn't close until 10pm, we drove all the way from Ringgold just to try this spot out. And the first thing we got greated with was a pointed finger and a cashier saying "is this a simple order? Because I'm trying to close?" She got so mad that she was visibly shaking.. I was so confused. I wasn't sure if I needed to walk out and take my losses or try to be as nice as possible and still get sweets with my family hoping she wouldn't tamper with out stuff. She had her phone on and someone was cussing very loudly on speakerphone . It was just a horrible experience to say the least and we were really looking forward to it, unfortunately teenagers are all over these kinds of places and they obviously don't know anything about decency. Hopefully management can step up their game and higher someone that actually wants to use hospitality in their work .Rude

I’m at your location right now and you are closed. There’s no sign to why or no heads up online about being closed. Very disappointing making my drive here for a closer store.

It's okay, however nothing amazing. I ordered a peach and strawberry cobbler, got peach and cherry instead. Canned fillings, not freshly made. My wife got the salted caramel brownie, which was too stale to use plastic wear to cut. We tried the butterfinger cookie, and threw it away after a bite. Tasted like it had been sitting out for a week.

The blackberry peach cobbler was delicious but the sweet peachy tea was too sweet and might have been recently put in the cooler. Idk. It wasn't very cold. There were lots of sweets to choose from the menu; waffles, cookies, cinnamon rolls, churros, brownies and cobblers. There was plenty of parking and handicap parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our cobbler run!
I have giving this place to many chances. I very rarely write a bad review bc every one has off days, but this place will never get our business again. Customer service is an absolute joke last night. My husband spent over 49 dollars when he should have spent 0 and walked out!

Tonight me and a friend decided to try something new for dessert and we chose the peach cobbler factory! It was amazing and definitely recommend. We had to wait a little bit to order because it was kind of busy and there was only one young man working. I’m not sure of what his name is but he was so hard working and extremely nice and I hope this comment reaches him! He made our first time experience one of the best I’ve ever had he kept working hard! Definitely will be returning. We went to Walmart and got him a gift. I work in a restaurant and know what it’s like and he just kept working hard! So shout out to him ❤️

I had high hopes for a place that specializes in deserts to provide good quality deserts, especially at their price point, but was throughly disappointed. This is the first and will be the last time going here. I got 2 things, the churro sticks and a chocolate chocolate chip cookie for a total of $16. The price was high but I'd be fine to pay it for something that was good quality. Instead my churros were fresh out of a microwave and were tough and chewy to the point that I had to bend them while biting to cut through. The whip cream with dulce de Leche sauce was the only part that made them tolerable. The cookie was fine, but nothing to write home about especially at $6 per. Lastly I was appalled by the tip options on the payment screen. There was no option for no tip unless I hit custom and typed 0. I'm not against tipping, but I am against forced tipping. The store was clean so I will give them props to that but that was basically the only positive.
We were absolutely blown away with our experience at this location. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The establishment was clean, the associate had such a pleasant attitude, and he answered all our questions. Our banana pudding was delicious, fresh, and we were pleased with our portion! Run, don't walk, to the Peach Cobbler Factory in Dalton! It is our new favorite dessert establishment!
