I had the 6 piece finger plate, toast is soggy, the fingers lord my hand fingers are bigger, the fries are good no complains there, chicken tastes good but they don’t give you enough like I said.

I can’t believe out of my 18 years coming to zaxbys I never had any trouble with my food till today, the tenders for my wings and things was raw, so disappointed I wasted $13

The workers are always rude, the cashier tries to rush you through ordering, no customer service, they actually got the order correct though.
This location constantly messes up orders. I understand that fast food businesses get busy and mistakes happen, however, the employees here just don't care. Multiple items missing from my order, including the tenders from the kids meal. Missing entrees and fries in two other plates and missing drinks. Trying to get them to correct the order is like pulling teeth no matter how nice and courteous you are.

What is it about Dalton Georgia and its food! why does every restaurant serve old disgusting food that gets me sick! I live in Atlanta these Restaurant owners need to be ashamed of themselves Absolutely disgusting here I'm never eating at any restaurants in Dalton ever again from the fast food to the fancy I suggest you make a stop somewhere else if you're going through town like I do all the time. Chicken was old dry and the chicken Philly same thing fries were cold the coke had no carbonation

I typically avoid this store at all cost to go to the one on college drive, every single time ive been here something has been wrong or missing. Tried my luck again today and low and behold, my drink's wrong as well as the sauce, the chicken is rubbery, and fries have little to no seasoning. Wont try my luck again, do yourself a favor and go to the Zaxbys on college drive by Chilli's and Bojangles.
