I was there for Sunday brunch, it was pleasant and relaxing . If it was warmer I would have sat outside. I was surprised they didn't have hot tea. I had peanut butter and jelly French toast and it was delicious. I would like to stop by again.Vegetarian options: The menu is not labeled vegetarian.

The wait person was quite good and was trying really hard, but she was waiting on all the tables while training a new person, so there were delays. We really enjoyed the meals. Very tasty egg scramble and breakfast bowl. Good coffee. We will return.

We spend six winter weeks a year near Darien. The Canopy Restaurant is by far our favorite. The food is the best in town with an imaginative menu, a good bar and an inexpensive but lovely wine list. The service has been top notch with a staff that knows what it takes to make diners comfortable. And, in addition, the building is beautiful and we can try different rooms including the porch, where we have sometimes sat with our dog. If I was looking for a good meal while driving on I-95, I would stop at The Canopy rather than the fried food at Skippers or any of the other places near Darien or Brunswick.Parking: Easy to park right next to the restaurant.

Mediocre food, served cold in tiny portions. We ate here toward the tail end of COVID and it wasn't great. We tried again this time hoping it would be better. No luck. Definitely recommend finding somewhere else in Darien to eat.

Disappointing. Cute place; good service; substandard food. We ordered the chicken & waffles and the farmer's bowl. The food was cold, especially the potatoes. The chicken on the chicken and waffles tasted off, like it was fried in old, overused oil. The farmer's bowl was not made correctly. It had chorizo in it--the menu said it would have ham, so we ended up swapping plates. They also wouldn't add an egg to my chicken & waffles. We won't be back.

Great service! Really cute location and decor! Cold food. I would try it again though.
Stopped by this charming restaurant in Georgia and the interior instantly caught my eye—rustic and cozy, it's as delightful as it gets. The food matched the lovely decor, with a particularly delicious breakfast. The steak and eggs were a highlight, and the tea rounded off the meal nicely. A great find for anyone looking for tasty food in a beautiful setting.

Such a wonderful dinner, food was top notch and the people were amazing. They even wrote me a card for my birthday. The little things mean a lot. I have a feeling this is one of those best kept secrets. We will be back!

Internet Menu said Smashburger. Order taker said no such thing. Regular burger only. Burger was fantastic, coming with everything I asked for, except the extra pickles. Burger was still huge and very tasty. Saved half for supper!!! If you like good burgers, this is one!!!!!Fries were cooked in old grease.Onion rings left us with a regrettable aftertaste. Certainly they ordered them frozen and did not cook in good grease. Bleh bleh bleh.Just do not go for onion rings or fries. This was my first try. Not sold on them so far. Literally left a very bad taste in mouth.
