Food and hibachi were amazing! The wait staff was terrible tbh. They would rather be socializing rather than tending their tables. A party of 9 should require more than 2 visits to the table (once for orders and once to bring drinks). Cocktails took forever and a different waitress had to be flagged down for refills, Napkins, etc.

I hate to even give this place 1 star. Absolutely the worst Japanese steak house I've ever had. If you like this place you have not ventured out and had good food. Also our menus said different prices, my dad's said $6 for California roll and mine said $7 she claimed his was the old menu but then when the bill came I got charged more than what the new menu stated. For the bento box it said $1.75 uncharge for fired rice got charged $2 then it said $1 to add cream cheese to the California roll I got charged $2. I'd honestly rather eat McDonald's and I hate that place.

This was my first time here. The food was delicious, and I ordered the hibachi with shrimp. You get shrimp, vegetables, rice, soup, and salad. They also provide ginger dressing for your salad and yum yum sauce. The waitress was really good and made sure everything was good. Inside the restaurant was really nice and clean. We ate here for lunch.

Always great. We have been here many times.We shared the sashimi selection. A little pedantic, but the sashimi is huge, so a little difficult to eat with chopsticks, but the quality seems excellent.Staff are great. Fairly knowledgeable about the large menu and if a higher calibre than a lot of restaurants in this area.Quiet and sophisticated dining with lots of space and a very diverse clientele.

The food was great and the staff was so friendly! Our food came fast with our fun experience. Everything was filling for the price as well. Definitely visiting again to try more food! Worth it!
The food service and experience were all excellent tonight! We both had filet mignon hibachi. The sauces especially the ginger sauce were amazing! Our chef was very entertaining! We will be back.

This is definitely a chain place, sushi was ok, not a fan of the ginger dressing.
Awesome hibachi. The fried rice is absolutely fantastic. My toddler really enjoys the little show put on by the hibachi chefs.The lunch menu is much more affordable than the dinner menu (just an FYI), however, the dinner menu DOES include a scoop of ice cream or sherbet, which is nice. The lunch menu still comes with the little bowl of soup and salad, so that's good.I definitely prefer to visit for lunch because of the price difference.

Food was great but the service was better. Our waitress (I believe her name was Honesty) was sweet and attentive. We found something we didn't recognize in our salad (looked like a strange flower or vegetable) and put it aside. We didn't mention it to the waitress. She noticed it when she picked up our plates and came back to apologize. That was an amazing show of integrity and I was very appreciative.

I decided to order from Kani House and I had to call it in since online wasn’t available. I was told 30 minutes I showed up at about 40 minutes. I went in paid and was told 5 more minutes. I patiently waited the one hostess was walking with a bag says name for order (Linda) which is close to mine and I asked her about it to make sure it wasn’t mine. I should’ve gone with my gut to say my order was… she said she would look to see status. After 10 minutes she calls out my name (Brenda) and I had been on the lookout for my food did not see her walk it back but I could’ve looked away for 1 second so I gave benefit of doubt I asked her how long was the bag back by front she said she had just walked it upfront. I asked for my receipt after she questioned me if I paid!!! I got to my car it wasn’t sitting well with me the restaurant ticket was on there I looked and sure enough she blatantly lied to my face. This was the order that she had called about 10-15 minutes prior needless to say food was good but cold by the time I got home to eat it. My disappointment here is the fact that I was lied to in my face when she could’ve simply stated the error was the name and apologized instead she chose to lie! Now I’m just like do I go back let it go or let everybody know be careful ask questions look at ticket etc because they won’t think twice to apologize for their mistake. This could’ve easily been resolved.
