I usually order multiple times a month and the food was great. However, tonight I ordered my normal cheese steak and got more bread than meat. Tried to resolve it but front counter worker, Lorena, said no manager was available and didn't know what to do. She suggested I just call back the next day to talk to a manager. Finally a manager came out and said he didn't see a problem bc they use a measurement cup and didn't want to fix the issue. I tried explaining how we order a lot here but he kept cutting me off.
