BEWAREEEE!!! . Last Night i went to pick up my mobile order from this location I caught the drive thru worker taking a picture of my damn debit card while he was texting somebody! Not only that when he seen me notice he had assistance from another worker who was changing out the draw to run interference so he could escaped to the back. Then gave me a burnt and cold mobile order And had me pull around to the other door just for fries. I should have called the police but I’m pregnant and I was very tired from work. I was able to lock my card and now I’m requesting a new one. I’m starting to hate Atlanta . Fraud is rampant! Stay vigilant good ppl.

Very transparently.I came up short on an order and the women present on 2/28/24 @4:45PM, treated me like I was the poorest person on the planet. Blatantly rude. Acting as if they were disgusted because I was short on funds. Meanwhile.... I'm kind of curious to know the starting pay at Burger King today? Have yall made it to 16-18/hr yet? ? hm. I thought surely from where they were standing they'd understand the feeling of being short on funds. But I tell ya what.... when I come back on payday and order 40 whopper combos and have them dry a** wigs sweaty and moist, please tell your employees that were at the drive thru on 2/28/24 @ 4:45 pm to keep that same Have it my Way energy! ??

The staff looks so unprofessional with street clothes on, some of which look nasty. They have long hair uncovered. It's always a long time waiting in the drive thru no matter what, or how many customers are actually in the parking lot.
So I visited this location tonight I sat in line for almost a hour then on top of that they are arguing people are driving off then they person at the window with the brown tip dreads all on they phone instead of taking orders the hole crew is a hot mess and need to be fired and I never say this but that’s just sad and my food I threw away it was a mess I really hope corporate and management sees this cause this site is a mess and I’m a very patient person but they to busy having fun and arguing about door dash and who going to cook instead of helping the customer the lights skin chick just had a bad attitude it’s sad

Went thur drive thur, waited without being Acknowledged. He told me the total at the widow, didn't say hello, didn't get a receipt, and fries were old.Didn't feel safe to go inside to ask for fresh fries.

I came and ordered a royal spicy chicken sandwich meal the meat drop fresh and the fries drop fresh the front cashier was very rude and kept going backward while the shift Manger was present.. the front cashier... the front kept responding to my request that my food be drop fresh he said ms stop being difficult the food is fresh... I kept having to repeat my self so I just requested for my money back and I went to the burger King on memorial Blvd where I got my needs met and great customer service
