They are courteous and care about keeping the establishment clean and neat. I come here often because my parents love the fish sandwich. They are huge and tasty. You can almost make two meals out of it, and it is very reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: They have many side dishes that vegans would like.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the parking lot, but the doors are very heavy and may be a challenge.

Staff on duty the afternoon of Friday, Dec 1st, were horrible. Asking customers to leave the drive-thru line should be prohibited. I did not receive all the condiments I requested, and when addressed with the employees, their attitudes were horrible. I had to park and go inside to obtain what I requested.

We've stopped at this location many times since it's nearby and the kids enjoy the food. It's the same Captain D's you would expect anywhere else, but this particular location is exceptionally slow. I don't ever recall just receiving my food at the window, as you must always pull over and wait in the parking lot.

I thought I added a review but something must of glitched. I love this location! When I gave my order through the drive thru, the order taker was pleasant and even called my order back to me to ensure accuracy…you never get that anymore AND MY ORDER WAS CORRECT AND HOT?
I frequent this place allot. But last night the food was terrible. Idk if it was because they were closing in an hour or what. The way that Jayla, the young lady at the window told me to pull up & wait for the food to be bought out, you would think for the 20 minute wait it would have been hot & fresh. My fries were old & cold, the fish was greasy & was broken up. I couldn't believe it was the same place I always come to. I should've known something was up when I asked for a cup of ice & Jayla said they they were out of ice. Smh That was the worst experience I've ever had there.

I've been waiting for 24 minutes so far. I'm going to sit here and see how long it actually takes. This is my 3rd test. The last food had to be trashed. It wasn't fresh even though I waited for 36 minutes. I like to give places a chance to make sure it wasn't just a bad day. I believe it's safe to say this place is the slowest in Decatur. I could go to Longhorn and it'll be quicker. Smdh. I'm just letting y'all know. Thanks*edit* I waited a total of 37 minutes and the food was gross. I'm 95% certain my fries were recooked. I feel as if this location could use a good overhaul. New management, a deep cleaning, a little touch up paint, new drive through equipment and time management at least. Thanks everyone for reading

Today I came to Captain D’s at 12 o’clock for lunch and was told to please hold for one second trying to be patient to give them time 20 minutes later I say hello the a girl said go ahead with your order then a guy cut her off and said could you please hold after waiting 30 minutes I finally pulled off that’s insane these are fast food restaurants

I am sitting in the parking lot as I write this. It is 12:37 and I got into the drive-thru line at 12:05. It took 11 minutes for me to reach the window. Unfortunately I paid and they told me to pull to the side. She just brought my food out at 12:38. Ridiculous and I will never come back here...EVER

I was in the hospital an decided to order Uber eats , when my order came it was wrong will show pictures.When I called the restaurant the GM detric told me nothing can be done an to call Uber extremely unprofessional an I will be complaining to corporate , I then called Uber customer service an submitted photos to them as well online . The agent called this location multiple times an was repeatedly hung up on and he has documented everything to submit to his supervisor.All this for some fish reallyMy order was for 4 piece batter dipped fish with green beans an French friesWhat I received was 2 pieces of reg fish an one burnt spicy piece . No fires an green beansThe fish was wet an soggy but cold to touch an hard as if it was old only thing worth eating on the plate was the green beans.Food was thrown away since cne I again was in the hospitalHorrible customer service ghetto an rude employees
