Former employee. The managers go on break and come back drunk. Tracy has a horrible personality and it shows through her customer service. The place is filthy and Unorganized. Everybody talks trash about the district manager. Don't come here.

Unexpectedly closed on a Monday at lunch time. No sign on the door, just all the doors were locked, and the employees inside gave me an "X" symbol.On another day I went there and their credit card machine was not working.This particular store does not live up to the chipotle standard.Ice machine was empty.All the tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing.

Service is good and normally everything is better than most other Chipotles. But whoever prepared the brown rice on Feb 29, 2024 added way too much salt to the point of everything brown rice based being inedible. It was really bad. My blood pressure the next day indicated I was in a hypertensive crisis which has never happened for me… I’m only 30

I would give this location zero stars if I could! Let me start off by saying that a manager at this location is a very wicked woman who preys on the weak! She chose to be nasty, rude, and sarcastic to some students who were stuck at school to 9 p.m and chose their dinner to come from this place. Tracy, let me explain something to you, sweetie. We, MY FAMILY AND I, are very respectful people. That's why when you attempted to belittle my child yesterday, she basically did not challenge you back. She is trained to respect her elders even if her elders are not so kind, BUT, WHAT YOU PROBABLY FAILED TO UNDERSTAND IS HER MAMA IS AN ADULT JUST LIKE YOU AND I'M WILLING TO GO THERE WITH YOU! I had to STOP my family from dealing with you treacherously today for being nasty and trying to attack kids' self-esteem. You are abusive and angry, and I believe you hate yourself with this execution of unprofessional behavior. If you have children and they are not white, DO NOT SEND THEM IN THIS CHIPOTLE WHEN ANGRY, BITTER, MEAN, CRUEL TO CHILDREN TRACY IS THERE!!!! Find another location. What you didn't realize was who's kids you were being nasty to. Therefore, you shouldn't be nasty to anyone! My child and her friends watched this wicked woman turn right to white people and talk to them nicely. You are racist against your own people, mean as hell to your staff, you talk to them like animals, and I fear for the medically fragile people who may come through your line. Go to sleep every night knowing that you are a VERY WICKED PERSON! I'm starting here to warn others, but I WILL NOT STOP HERE!

****Updated from 2/25/2024— All I have to say is RUN don't walk, RUN to another location. It is not worth spending your money here, you're going to walk out with kid-size portions at (increased) regular prices, bad attitudes and an unclean food line.I told myself months ago I would NEVER go back to this location (check out review on google) for many reasons and today I went against my better judgement.I came in for a veggie bowl, the young man who started my bowl was pleasant, the second employee in the food line and cashier Annalisse, not so much. When it was time to add my toppings I asked the young lady could she wipe off the counter before sliding my bowl down because I had a tortilla inside my bowl that was hanging over and I didn't want the excess waste from previous orders getting on my tortilla that I was about to consume. The counter was filthy!!!!!The second young lady on the food line who btw did not look properly groomed to even be serving food, mumbled something under her breath, rolled her eyes and shook her head-- I honestly didn't understand what the issue was as any other chipotle I've visited usually wipes down the food line after every other order or if it becomes too messy whichever comes first.I continue letting her know what I want in my bowl (they had no pico), after she finishes I ask for red sauce which she didn't provide so when I got to the cashier I asked her for a side of red spicy sauce. The young lady handed me the container below (please see photo)-- I asked the cashier could she add more to the container, she rolled her eyes and filled a container with red sauce and roughly placed it back into my hands. As she was doing so I seen pico being handed off to the online order prep line, I proceed to ask for a side of pico to-go from the gentleman who was making online orders, the cashier Annalisse stops ringing out her customers and says to her co-worker ''what's wrong now'', the audacity to be so rude.Chipotle corporate you all either need to shut this location down all together or clear out that staff and properly train a new group of folks, including the manger (she had red braids or locks) who was by the way walking around with EarPods in her ears.Veggie bowls used to cost $6.50, they're now about $10, and the nerve of the staff to be so rude and tacky.This store needs a total customer service training reset and a refresher on the food line cleanliness. It's absurd and the attitudes from their employees are so disgusting.Original Review*** Went here for lunch over the weekend. I ordered a veggie bowl with a tortilla inside the bowl, they were out of veggies, I get to the register to pay and she charges me 25 cents for the tortilla.I asked the cashier Anna are you seriously going to charge me for the tortilla, she said yes there’s an extra charge it’s only 25 cents, i told her the 25 cents wasn’t the issue. I’m getting a veggie bowl with no veggies, paying full price (I had no issue paying full price), but to charge me 25cents for the tortilla after I’m already missing items for which I’m already paying for is…. beyond.Anna said, I get what you’re saying but we didn’t have any associates to come in and cook the veggies, it’s not our fault.It’s not the customers fault either Chipotle and your employees need to understand that. Every place is short staffed, but that doesn’t mean that you can use that as an excuse to not make a order right. As in don’t charge me for additional items if you don’t even have the items that go in my bowl I’m already paying for!This location being short staffed had nothing to do with making a customer service decision to bypass charging me for a 25 cent tortilla for a veggie bowl that I had no veggies for.Customer service is null an void in 2021... Train your people in customer service, they’re missing that part of the job.

I come to this location often. When I come, I already know the customer service is going to be poor. Everyone in there looks like they hate their jobs but one employee in particular is so nasty and rude it’s unbearable. She has beautiful locs and seems like she may be a real joy outside of work, but when she’s behind the counter she has the nastiest attitude to not only her coworkers but the customers as well. She lacks patience, and if you even crack a smile at her she’ll roll her eyes. If you’re reading this, I hope your days get better and that you find a job that better suits you. To make matters worse, this location is always out of something lol.

First off, we come to collect our online pickup order and get in the car with it. The bag says our correct order name, but has the incorrect order in the bag. Then, after going back in the store and getting the correct order, we get home to eat it and I while I am eating my bowl, I find pieces of plastic in my food that basically cut my tongue trying to eat it. The plastic looked like black beans which I ordered in the bowl but was definitely not. Feels so disgusting.
