Drive-thru mobile service is terrible like how do you wait 15 mins to get your food you already paid for like what’s the point of mobile orders? They give u a time slot so you suppose to be able to pull-up, grab your food, then leave. Pointless to sit there like you’re placing an order.

Save yourself some trouble and do not, I repeat, DO NOT order from the mobile app. They absolutely will screw it up. If you're lucky you'll get half of what you ordered. The other half is a roll of the dice. To make it worse, they won't update the system to show that your order is ready for pickup, so you'll think they haven't even started when in reality your food is sitting on a shelf getting cold.

Went late near closing time. Crew in mad rush to fill phone and app orders. The serving area was a nasty looking mess. In defense there were three people furiously running around trying to fill app and phone orders before closing.

More times than not everything is good here. The employees are friendly and nice. Every now and then there is a new employee who is skimpy with servings, they may run completely out of chips at 8pm or the drive through for online orders take 30+ minutes (stopped using this unless I'm already there and see the line is short and I want to be lazy so I order online real quick).
Edit: drive thru times have been better lately.Ordered on app. The drive thru pick up is really slow. They take 5-10 minutes per car when the orders are ready and they just have to hand them to you.

Chipotle’s corporate team really needs to visit this location for training. On the day of my visit, the brown rice was undercooked and soggy. I did not realize this until I sat down inside to eat. I could not eat a burrito bowl with undercooked rice, so I went back in line to get a new bowl. The manager berated me with questions and questioned why I wanted a redo. It was super unprofessional. At a competitor restaurant they would have gladly replaced my food. Also, the inside of the restaurant was FILTHY!!! Food on the floor and tables, etc. I do not know the last time they cleaned or how they expect patrons to eat in a clean space. Will not be back.

The experience seemed chaotic. Everyone was very friendly, though. The restaurant was clean, but my food was not done correctly, and when I returned about it I got some push back. So I won't say don't eat here just try going when it's not so busy.
