THIS HAPPEND TODAY (March 6th, 2024). THIS LOCATION CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, AND I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED. WHO DEPRIVES LITTLE KIDS FROM USING THE RESTROOM…. LIKE WHAT!!!!! MY FAMILY AND I WERE LITERALLY IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WAITING TO ORDER AND I JUST WENT IN SIDE WITH MY SIBLING SO THEY CAN USE THE RESTROOM. THEY ARE BOTH UNDER THE AGE OF 10, AND THEY WERE DENIED TO EMPTY THIER BLATTER AND WE WERE ALREADY IN THE DRIVE THROUGH TO PAY. ALSO A CUSTOMER THAT WAS IN THE STORE OFFERED TO LET MY SIBLING USE THE RESTROOM ON HIS ORDER (he was also the only customer in the store, (THANK YOU TO HIM). THEN YET THEY WERE STILL DENIED TO USE THE RESTROOM. SMH YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE, WE LEFT AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Attempted to order some food and spend some money at this location at 11:20am on a Wednesday and apparently they are CLOSED because we literally sat there in the drive thru for several minutes with no one acknowledging our presence. We parked and tried to enter the lobby and doors were locked. Tried the drive thru once more before giving up and going somewhere else where our business is appreciated.
The blizzard was melting when I got it at the drive thru .
