I guess its a new trend to not have a points scanner? This location already has a negative in paid parking. On top of that i cant redeem my hard earned reward points because there is no scanner for it? The cashier confirmed all locations are suppose to participate.

Went for Free Ice Cream Cone Day, and for the SECOND year in a row, the owner "claimed" to be out of cones. When asked if he could put the ice cream in a cup, he said, "No" with no attempt to accommodate myself, or any of the other customers. I heard one of the customers say, "I feel like he's lying." I felt the same way because not only did he do the same thing last year, but the restaurant was packed for the free cones and the wait was long. Most people chose to buy something due to the time waited in line, which is what he wanted. I believe he had cones, and said he didn't so that he could capitalize on the traffic. He's a CROOK!

The French fries were not to my liking. When I asked for more fries I was basically to to eat the ones I have. My husband returned to the counter and they told him the same thing. He told the cashier that we were customers and we asking for fresh hot fries PLEASE. She finally honored our request.
