Local "mom and pop" type restaurant that I enjoyed. It had my namesake so I had to try it out! It feels very homely inside and they have a "regular" crowd and following. I heard customers being called by their names and their orders already being known. I sat in the corner and observed and I felt at ease. The food came out hot and plentiful. The biscuit was soft and melted in my mouth. It definitely tasted homemade. I did add salt and pepper to my omelet and that's OK; I get it. The grits were hot and were not stiff or too runny. I think I added a little salt and that was perfectly fine too. I'd definitely go back. There's not a lot of seating so be prepared to do take-out.

Delicious food, I had the Western omelette with cheese grits and wheat toast, and it was delicious. My server was super sweet and the environment was very cozy and gave a diner feel. I will be back. I enjoyed everything I had including the energy of the customers and the staff. Decatur where it's greater!

I wish i could leave no stars because this place was absolute Trash.Trash. Trash. Trash. Trash.The cheese grits was absolutely disgusting. The hashbrowns was gross. The only thing that was decent was the fish. The price is way to high for such low quality food. Will never order from this place again. Don't waste your money.

It can get a lil hot innay, but babyyyyyy, this breakfast take you back to ya Grandma kitchen. No fancy schmancy, just delicious ass "Goodie mob shit," as my Airbnb host described it. We went at 10am on a Saturday, no wait. Appreciated that the three waitresses attended to everybody. Great customer service. Fast service too. We come every time we in Atlanta now. Didn't get a pic, but my daughter had pancakes and bacon. Son had French toast and bacon.

While traveling, we make pit stops at diners. Nowadays, they're just as affordable as fast food joints. On this occasion, I chose an omelet with rye toast and cottage cheese. It turned out to be a delightful experience with a pleasant atmosphere, reminiscent of the kind of diner where you could imagine Elvis and James Dean hanging out. If I find myself passing through again, I'll definitely return.

Food was awesome and made by hand the ole fashioned way! Service was amazing and staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved the simple cafe style experience that speaks of love for the community! Biscuits and gravy with country fried ham was a great choice, but others in our group had pancakes, bacon, fried eggs & hash browns that rival WH!
