I waited in line inside for 30 minutes to order a coffee. It seemed to be 6 people working including the manager. The manager was very rude to the employees, was yelling about how she wants to quit and made belittling statements to customers and staff. I understand this location has been busier because the other location in the area is closed for renovations but her behavior is unacceptable. I hope she does quit so those kind employees that were doing the best they could can work in a healthier environment. Also it was very hot inside the building.

Door dash. Ordered hash rounds turkey sausage egg cheese on raisin bagel. My first and last time. Hash rounds two days old at least burnt and sandwich had to put in oven. Egg questionable. I did order a latte with 2 carmels and butter pecan couldn’t taste any flavors. This order was a hot mess for $15. They give you anything because it is door dash. I’m hungry and this is not worth giving a dog. Eat at your own risk wasted money

Only came here because panola is under remodel but it’s a waste. They gave me an iced coffee that was sitting and not freshly made. This location needs to close asap! Lobby is dirty!
Nice people and best manger works here, she don’t have time for no bulllshit and i found that very interesting! She is strict in good way!!!! Nice and sweet black girl work in the front too. She greets everyone.

This Dunkin' Donuts location poses challenges with its awkward parking and drive-through setup. It would be more convenient if parking and drive-through service were easier. Unfortunately, I couldn't go inside to dine, possibly due to the time of the evening, which is understandable.On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The staff, despite not having a few items from the menu I requested, were polite. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt considering the late hour, but it's worth mentioning that Dunkin' Donuts is known for having everything available on their menu. Maintaining a well-stocked inventory ensures customers can enjoy the treats they expect, contributing to a positive and happy experience. I hope they work on keeping items in stock to consistently meet the expectations of customers seeking a delightful Dunkin' Donuts experience.
