This became our go to breakfast location a few years ago when Rise-n-Dine shut down, but something has dramatically changed in the last 6 months...it's now disappointing every time we go. The cooking on just about everything is off. Eggs are consistently overcooked and rubbery. "Toast" barely toasted and swimming in butter. Bacon rubbery with no crisp to it. Staff is friendly enough, but they seem to be suddenly running around and chaotic. Food is coming out at very different times (some in our party were just about finished before others got their food), Staff even seemed to be disagreeing in front of us who should be serving our table. Overall the quality of the cooking and the service seems to have suffered recently to the point that our family has decided to look for a new breakfast spot.

My 1st and last time eating at this restaurant. It was super crowded. Kept having to find our waitress. The food was terrible. Especially the grits. The cocktail was delicious.

I’ve been to this location several times, today the service was horrible. Upon being seated it took several minutes before a waiter approached or table. When he finally took our orders he only brought water to us to drink. We never received our drink orders until after our food was brought out. 40minutes of waiting with only water, I ordered a waffle and was told all the syrup was being used so I told the waiter I would take it to go. However I feel like he could’ve brought me syrup in a small condiment container so I wouldn’t be waiting for another table to finish up with the syrup. He never apologized for never bringing our drink orders and there was very little interaction between us.

My first experience with this place was very disappointing. My food arrived cold and looked as if it was old. Mind you, it’s less than 5 minutes away from the hospital that I work at so I can’t blame the Uber eats driver.I ordered turkey sausage and was given pork, there was entirely too much butter/oil in the grits, the eggs looked disgusting, and the waffle was cold.A waste of $30. I ended up going to the cafeteria instead.

I ordered ahead and was given a time when my food would be ready. I left my house and arrived 1 minute after scheduled pickup time. It took another 40 minutes to get my order! Thankfully, I checked the bag because my million dollar bacon was missing, and I had to ask for that and my drink. The cheese grits were a waste of money. They had no flavor. My daughter said they tasted like noodle water. The peanut butter multigrain bread didn't seem fresh, and we didn't like it, but the chickichanga was good, as was the AM Superfoods bowl. They need to be better with timing. A lady ahead of me got a refund because she refused to wait that long. I could have stayed home and done something more productive than sitting in that loud environment getting frustrated. Total time from order to fully received was 58 minutes. They should implement something like Dominoes, where you can see when they start working on the order and get periodic updates so that so many online orderers don't fill up the waiting area. We're choosing not to be at the restaurant for a reason, so value my time. The restaurant looked clean, but their health score was an 81 B on the day I visited. 3/17/2024

My visit here was outstanding. We had a great waitress, and she has only been working for one week. Through the massive number of guests on a Saturday morning, she was great. Her personality and caring attitude made it worth the wait time for our food. I am sorry that I forgot the waitresses name. I hope she continues to work at this location. She made a difference.

Placed online order at 8:35am said it would be ready by 8:48am. I showed up at 9am and it wasn't ready. I was handed my order at 9:22am. It was not busy so I don't understand why my order took over 30mins and no apology or nothing. I was handed my food and he walked off. No cheese eggs for my bowl, missing English muffin, no syrup no butter nothing to eat with.

The service was horrible. Our order was wrong and the server error disappeared for long stretches of time. Will not eat here again. What a waste of money.
