Wings are excellent definitely recommend their custom blue cheese all the staff is very friendly extremely helpful the atmosphere is definitely nice price is definitely affordable definitely recommend this location

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!I have wasted so much money attempting to give them another time. The food is inconsistent and you get whatever frozen fries they can get from Walmart that day. The prices of the food make the place appealing but you truly get what you pay for. The only thing consistent about Fletchers is no matter how busy, slow or time of day you are going to wait 45mins to an 1hr for a take out order. The chicken Philly they just gave me looks disgusting.

It was late the kitchen closed at 9:30pm and we ordered a wine and the Bartender was none helpful and just took her time and around 10pm said they was out of clean glasses. I walked in on lunch, the lady said her name is Alia some short fat 6itch with an attitude as soon as you walk in was very unpleasant! She out loud cursed out the cook and claimed she was going to walk out. I told her I was on lunch and wanted my food to go, IT came out on a for her plate I asked what sauce they had she said ranch, honey mustard blue cheese bbq and ranch. So I asked for the ranch, when my food arrived honey mustard was in my bag I asked for ranch, she got an attitude and said they don’t have it. I took a deep breath and she decided to take offense to it. I told her you told me yall had ranch is there’s another sauce available she continued to try and argue. I asked for the manager and she said she was it. Asked for her name and she didn’t want to give it then she yelled out Alia! They need to fire her. Her clothes were dirty and so was her attitude! Fire her or close the spot! If I could rate a 0 I would rate a negative number! Worst experience for a first timer!Parking: South Dekalb mall parking lot

****DON’T EAT HERE!!!****** I’m never going back here again. My colleague and I went in there for lunch and waited on our food for 30 minutes. I had been to this restaurant one time and I decided to bring my colleague today. Manager was so rude to me when I asked about our food coming out. She had no empathy, and had the nerves to call me hostile. She rudely told me that she can cancel the order!!! First impression, and customer service means everything. I will never come back to this ghetto establishment.
Ordered some hot wings, crispy. Not only were the wings NOT crispy, they were barely done! I had to pick feathers out of a few before I could eat them and the wings barely had any sauce on them. Fries are cheap side but we only had about 6 steak fries with no celery. When I called the young lady asked could I bring it back and I told her I was already at work, couldn't leave but could text her the pics. She said she couldn't just give out her number to anyone...LOL Like I would have any reason to contact her after sending the pictures! Never going back.

BeBe was my bartender, and she took great care of me (imperial service).Parking: Connected to south dekalb mall, so the parking is almost unlimited.

Yesterday, I went to this restaurant and the waiter gave me my food wrapped up like this photo and laid my condiments on the table. The fries wasn't even properly placed in a small container. Also, the waiters don't even speak to you when you walk in and speak to them. This was my second time and last time I will be going to this establishment. I waited almost 20 minutes for an order of $5.00 fries which wasn't even hot. I was disappointed just like the first time I went.

ABSOLUTELY DF NOT….Please where do I start I waited over 1 1/2 hrs for a salmon pasta that was something I could’ve gotten out of the frozen entree aisle then the salad is only a big blotch of lettuce (cheap lettuce ) and a small ranch yup that’s it the potatoes are instant and bland Hospital potatoes are gourmet compared to theirs….The sever is everything but a server ewww just ratchet and ran down….Very disappointing and a disgrace…..
