I came to this location for an interview that was scheduled and set up the general manager refused to interview me. The restaurant opens at 10 o'clock. The doors were still locked at 11 o'clock when I showed up to be interviewed and denied. If the doors are locked after opening time clearly help is needed. This location is known for nothing but bad service. Maybe some new employees can help change that.

DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC! I got food for my dad! The chicken was rotten! The smell was horrible! Then I went a second time to get the 20 dollar family meal. My 4 year old ate two immediately started throwing up 4 to 5 times! I smelled the chicken the chicken is bad!

I waited in the drive thru, at the speaker, for a few minutes before I proceeded to the window. I asked if they were closed cause nobody responded. The lady told me that the speaker was messed up and can’t hear anyone through the speaker. She had an attitude when she said it. I expected her to apologize about it, but she didn’t. If there’s a problem with the speaker, why the manager didn’t put a note or sign up letting us customers know what’s going on? This will be my last time coming up here cause the same lady who cashiers, always has a attitude

The store opens at 10:30 got there at 11:45 and was tryna figure out why the lady with the dread being so rude and she just got to work, we was sitting in the drive through for about 5mins no answer we went up to the window and asked are the taking orders she started that the headset was broken and was rude from then on….. If you don’t like your job find another job

I ordered a $20 fill-up box through UberEats. I thought I was getting something good since they took a while to prepare the food while the driver was waiting. I was disgusted with what I received. The chicken “nuggets” were hard and stale, the fries were greasy and soggy, the biscuits were hard, and the chicken was mediocre. All in all, I had a bad experience. Very disappointed in what I received from this location.

These kids here need hella training on how to speak to customers when they come in following the sign rules that are placed outside the door stating "Mobile orders pick up inside". Rather than Telling customers that the inside is closed with a couple clearly eating inside.

These customer service employees have no experience with ppl. How do you have a sign outside of your restaurant stating to pick up a mobile order inside? As the sign states this I go inside to find out the "inside was closed and go through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order" even having a couple eating near the window. This is really sad for poorly handled customer service. They need a reality check ✔️ fast and know how to speak to customers. Toleration for stupidity and carelessness is zero to none

I am so frustrated and disgusted. I was so hungry just to get home and realize that I was given dirty food with hair on it! I just don’t understand why there isn’t any accountability for people working at your establishment. I want a refund and something needs to be done about this location. This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had.
