Unfortunate experience at Kitchen Six last weekend. My husband and I go there relatively often and always find a spot at the bar for a few drinks and an appetizer. As usual, the bartenders were great, attentive, and friendly. We had been there for about an hour and 45 minutes and were planning to wrap up in the next 15 minutes when we were suddenly asked by the Maitre D' to leave. She said that she needed our spots at the bar for other guests. Although we were caught off guard by this request, we quickly asked for our check and left. We've never been asked to leave a restaurant while still finishing our drinks or food. We were seated at the open bar and did not realize we had a time limit. We've loved & supported this neighborhood restaurant since its opening and feel very disappointed by this encounter. Sadly, I'm not sure how long it will take for us to feel comfortable giving it another try.

Went to this smallish neighborhood feel place for dinner. The ambiance is good, lively, not too loud, decorated very well. The service was amazing. Our server was great. They use multiple servers to deliver food when ready which I think is very efficient. The food was really good. Flavorful and fresh. The chicken was a bit done but with the purée and veg it was fine. Brussels are done perfect with a sauce to enhance. Was A+. Will definitely go back. Wish it was closer to my home.

First off realize there is zero .parking.We were a large group with half new people and we wanted to interact. Impossible here. The music was cranked so loud that I could not talk to the person sitting next to me. When are restaurant owners going to get it that they are not a dance club? I don't come to throw back overpriced shots of tequila and dance on the table tops. We shouted at each other for hours and I heard a small portion of the conversation. At $95 plate I expect spectacular. The food was mediocre. Sponge cake dessert was awful. Service spotty. I won't waste my $ going back.

Went for the new years tasting menu. I give an "A" for effort. Tastes were a bit flat, and the pics and discription didn't fit the flavors.Service was great and atmosphere was excellent.I would try a single menu item if I went back

The team at Kitchen Six truly made an incredible impact for a wonderful night of celebration. I was there with my husband and two of our friends for dinner to celebrate a birthday and a new job. All four of us had a fun, memorable evening. We were greeted with a celebratory flute of champagne each, which set the vibe for the rest of the night. The entire staff we interacted with were so kind and genuine, truly making it an great time. Kitchen Six is elegant and intimate without feeling stuffy and over-the-top. The four of us ordered 2 steak specials, a burger special, and the roast chicken along with beverages that we were all beyond satisfied with. We capped of our evening with complimentary dessert as an end to our wonderful meal. Our server, Erin, was such a highlight to our experience. Friendly, personable, and intuitive, she is a joy to work with and very adept in hospitality. She had excellent recommendations and was patient with answering questions and offering suggestions. Erin attentively (and good-heartedly) listened to our stories and laughed along (maybe at, sometimes!) with us. We all appreciated her professionalism and ability to vibe along with us as our table slowly ended our evening. The four of us had no intention of partaking in a 2.5 hour dinner, but to be frank...it was one of the best dinners out we have had in a while. Kitchen Six's level of service, careful thought and consideration, and well-crafted food and drink is some of the best we have experienced lately. We felt like true guests. I appreciate all of your care and will absolutely be back to dine with you soon.Thank you for such a fantastic and memorable night of celebration. Our evening would not have been the same without you.

Waiter was excellent. Food was the worst I have ever had. The $30 steak was not a ny strip more like a sirloin and was tough with NO flavor . Could now eat and no-one asked why are you not eating your meal can I get you something else like most restaurants would do.The Cheese board almost $24 .....NO ... I will not be back .SPRIG across the street is my favorite restaurant always a great meal , a great chef. This chef I dont know maybe he was sick and the busboy had to cook, THIS is JUST my OPINION.

The appetizers are good, the entrees not so much. I would go back for a drinks and apps but not a full meal. More information...the entrees came out lukewarm and prefer a hot meal. When I asked for steak sauce our waiter says it hit or miss it you have it. Because our steaks weren't hot the cold seasoning made it hard to eat. I appreciate you responding to my review.

The only negative was the parking, there was none!Other than that, great service! Great cocktails - Manhattan with a large square ice cube. Ordered the brussel sprout appetizer, in not a fan of brussel sprouts at all, but these were amazing. The Wago Flank was perfect, and cooked exactly to order. Great experience overall!

I held a 20 person dinner at Kitchen Six. Sherri and the entire team were FANTASTIC to work with. Sherri helped me put together a personalized menu for the group. The restaurant is so cute and intimate. While they don't have a private space, we felt secluded from the rest of the diners. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent service and atmosphere. The menu changes often, and the serving are always plentiful and delicious. This is a go-to for me particularly for special occasions. Highly recommend.

The service is great and the space is well decorated. The food is good, with the exception of the pork chop - I felt that it was too dry/tough. However, the bed of peas that it was on was phenomenal, and the chicken I got in it’s place was very tender and paired very well with the caramelized figs. I thought the pimento cheese was ordinary, especially taking into account the fact that everyone and their dog in the south is making pimento cheese nowadays. I’ve heard from friends that their burger night is pretty good.

Cute, quaint atmosphere, great for small groups and the food was delicious! For appetizers they have a build your own charcuterie board which was very affordable, but I thought could have been plated better. It had all the pieces of charcuterie, but they were just tossed on a dinner plate and it didn't look the most aesthetically pleasing. Our entrees (swordfish and chicken) were much better plated, and delicious--we both cleaned our plates, both of which were generous portions. We also had the Brussels as an appetizer, which were yummy on their own (I wasn't a fan of the mustard sauce). We also got cocktails, which were made well (and strong) but neither of us enjoyed the flavor profiles, so didn't finish our drinks. (I had the coffee/pineapple which tastes exactly like it says, and I was not a fan haha). Next time, I'll stick with a glass of wine. And there will be a next time, because the food and atmosphere was enough to go back! Of note: It's located in a shopping center with a decent sized lot, but the lot was completely packed on a Tuesday evening and we had to circle a few times--so I'd imagine weekends that parking would be a nightmare.
