Krespy Kreme has been my favorite donut place since I was 6 years old and I just had the worst experience ever for the second time at the same place on Westley chapel road has the worst workers ,rude, lazy , disrespectful and just all around awful including the manager wich shocked me I'm 33 now and I've never had this kind of experience at any krespy Kreme from the west coast to put here in the south . They need to hire a whole new crew or just shut down. Even 1 star is too much to give for this location.

This is only Krispy Kreme location not offering the free dozen doughnuts today!!!! Is it because of the urban area location ????? ?Thank you for your reply Mr/Mrs Owner, First of all, I did not mention that your staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was told it would be 3 hrs before any doughnuts will be available by Ms Destiny at first, then I called back an hour after was told the same thing, that it would be 3 hrs. Now I am confused, so I asked to speak with the mgr, was told he was not there, requested his name, said it was Mr. Chris. I honestly thought I was talking with Mr my 9yr old over the phone. Therefore, I contacted the Krispy Kreme location which advised me there were plenty of doughnuts there. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received at the Snellville location and didn’t mind purchasing 2 more dozens from that location. They had the staff for this promotion which shows the manager was prepared. Even with the volume of customers we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. On my way back I contacted your store to see if you were providing free dozen of doughnuts yet, and was told your store was CLOSED!!! This is truly unacceptable business to have in our Dekalb area.

So the hot sign just turned off and I go through the drive through and purchase a dozen glazed. Get to my baby school and the kids like these little cold donuts are nasty! Smh I grab one and yes they are cold and extremely small. And for $16 this location needs to do better! They will never get my business again. They are slow, line was long, no apologies just unprofessional! Oh andMind you it’s 9:15 in the morning!! (Today) Thursday morning

The Truth Is Hard
I have yet to get here early enough on Sunday to enjoy the cinnamon rolls! The line is always ridiculous NEW MANAGER is needed. A year later and still cant get the now available everyday cinnamon rolls. I really don't understand how something is available ONLY somwtimes? Plus I waited for them to be made only to be told it would take 2 hrs after I had already waited 40 minutes!

Went to order donuts and was told that we could not purchase from the full case because they had to be full due to an upcoming audit. What we were allowed to purchase was very limited after being told it would be 45 minutes before we could purchase anything. We have been there before and everyone up until today have been very nice but today was so abnormal thought a review was necessary.
