I went into this establishment for 3 cookies! And 22 minutes later they still couldn't get the order together. Asked for money back but my hubby said they said they are gonna fix them now so we will wait. Can we get a cup of ice, they replied yes....another customer was complaining about their order and even said these people been here forever waiting. They fixed order and gave us a large.orange soda with no ice. I was completely confused....McDonald's is about to be the restaurant that I completely stop patronizing. The service is horrible and it seems as if the chain itself is losing quality workers and all of the above.

I went through the drive through the person taking my order had an attitude and was huffing and rushing me while I was taking my order. I only wanted 2 fish meals. It was unnecessary and rude and didn’t even get everything I asked for.
They close doors for inside 9:20pm. I got a 20 piece nuggets and was missing 2 nuggets. I had to pay someone to get my food since I couldn't go inside

The website and sign stated 24hrs.. there was a long line and no one came to the intercom. We all drove around and they just stared at us! They didn’t even have the decency to say we are closed or out of service, absolutely nothing. The entire 15 car line up drove across the street to Checkers where our patronage were welcomed.
